We had a great time at the rental. Donna has thought of everything that you may want or need and provided it. We loved the outdoor space and we enjoyed catching tons of fish off of the dock!
At night we had fun playing the games provided & putting together a puzzle.
It was the perfect place for us to make memories and spend quality time together as a family.

House is in a great location and is in very well appointed. Living room was very comfortable and the outdoor area including the pool was fansastic. Host was very welcoming and hellful as well. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed everything about this property! It felt like staying at a private residence. It had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, it was perfectly clean, the pool was perfect. I can’t think of a single thing that did not exceed our expectations. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful accommodations for our family of 8.
Kitchen is large, well equipped and beautiful.
We also enjoyed the new grill.
Bedrooms extremely comfortable and with the trundle and the blow up mattress everyone was happy.
All the televisions make entertainment a breeze.
The pool area and lanai was where we spent most of our time.the host was most welcoming and super to work with. Entire family wants to return.

Beautiful home, working boat lift, close to ICW, pool, and very clean. We vacationed at this beautiful home with our two children and enjoyed every minute!! We also brought a 26’ skiff and explored from St. Augustine to South if Palm Coast!

I can not say enough great things about Donna the owner, and Tim the property manager. The house was exactly as the listing stated. We enjoyed the outside area including the pool and boat dock. Donna thought of everything. By far the BEST host we have ever encountered. Donna responded quickly when we had a few genera questions about the area. She went over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Tim lived nearby and came by within ten minutes when we had questions about the boat lift. The property exceeded all our expectations. This vacation home gets ALL the STARS! We boated, went fishing, enjoyed the pool, rented paddle boards, cooked, ate out a few times, and slept comfortably. We can not wait to come back.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a wee...
My husband and I stayed at this property for a week while visiting family in Palm Coast. We are quiet and low key and this house was perfect for us! What stood out the most was how thoughtful the decor was and how everything a renter would need was accommodated for - even down to zip lock bags! Donna, the owner, was a gem to work and made us feel so welcome. We plan to stay at this property again. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home (exactly as pictured) and a great location as well!
The house is very spacious with a large master bedroom and two spacious guest rooms that any adult couple would feel more than comfortable in. There is also an abundance of seating areas both indoors and out.
The outdoor space is beautiful and a fantastic place to have an evening meal or a morning cup of coffee. (As an aside, La Pizza Nostra is some of the best pizza we have ever had and they deliver to this area! Grandma's pizza is a must!)
We had a great time in the pool which was very clean. We also utilized the dock on the canal to put in our paddle boards and paddle up to the inner-coastal waterway, which was one of the highlights of our stay at this property.
The house itself was very clean and has all the amenities that you would want including a Keurig coffee maker, towels and linens, and a well-stocked kitchen.
We used this property as a center-point for day trips to Ocala, St. Augustine, and Daytona. You would be hard pressed to find a better location than Palm Coast for accessing all three of these great towns where there is so much to do!
In between our day trips, we just had an absolute blast in the pool and on the canal.
You will see several reviews mentioning Donna, the owner - she is absolutely fantastic. She reached out to us to ensure that our stay was going well and that we did not have any issues. All of our guests would absolutely stay at this property in the future!
