Beautiful - views, beach, house. As advertised - very clean.

We had a fantastic time at Mr Emerson's beach house. We used the well-stocked kitchen to cook supper for our group our first night there. The "kitchen staples" that we needed were all there such as salt, pepper, other spices, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and tupperware containers for leftovers. We used the gas grill the last night to make burgers. The house had a generous supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent. We have stayed at a lot of rentals that supply just a "starter" amount, so this was a nice surprise. The house itself has the most incredible views especially if you're up early enough to watch the sunrise over the water. Thanks for hosting us, Mr Emerson!

A great place to relax and enjoy the Ocean. The house was perfect amount of space for our two families. The beach was very quiet with great sunrises.

WE were there for a reunion. Great space. Good beds. Beautiful ocean view. Kitchen well stocked. Great communication with owner. Surpassed my needs and expectations. Definitely a place to consider.

This is a beautiful property. Close to Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Very roomy, deck was wonderful and the views were amazing! There was only one thing that was a disappointment, the doors to the deck couldn’t be opened. Mr. Emerson explained why, which we did understand, just wanted to have the sounds of the ocean while we were visiting with family.

Ralph, the owner, personally met us at the house and gave us a tour of the property. The layout was great for the 3 families we had stay where we each have an area to ourselves, with a large common living room/ dining room/ kitchen all with a view of the beach. We couldn’t be happier with the site.

Our family of 14, ages 10 - 70, enjoyed one of the best beach vacations ever. We always spend a week together in the summer and have been challenged to find a place large enough to meet our needs. THIS HOME is perfect for us. We had plenty of bedrooms, a large dining area with 3 tables and a kitchen that was equipped with everything....including two coffee pots. The home is right on the beach and provides spectacular views with the large windows overlooking the ocean. My husband and I truly enjoyed the shaded deck with the ocean breeze. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets can be observed from the home, which adds even more enjoyment. Our host, Ralph, was delightful and welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure our week was enjoyable. We WILL be back! THANK YOU for a week filled with joy and sweet memories.

Our family really enjoyed our stay!! The house was great and the location was exceptional. I hope to return in the future!!
