My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Though the house is one of the more basic in the area, we loved it. We were not looking for all the bells and whistles, just a clean small place on the beach. This home delivered just that. We touched base with the owners a couple times and received almost immediate responses. We will rent this home again and highly recommend it.

This house was amazing! Perfect Beach Getaway with the family and our pup. The views are amazing, the house was spotless and it was well stocked. Everything you need was already there. We had a great trip and can't wait to come back!

We had an excellent stay at this charming beach house. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We planned this location because I knew it was more remote than others and in this crazy time that is exactly what we wanted. I was right. We literally has this gorgeous beach to ourselves. We did not venture out to the excellent restaurants around, but the Publix is a quick 10 minute drive. I was pleased to discover a very well stocked convenient store (food,charcoal,bait,ice etc) one mile down the road which made things very easy. If you are looking for modern and fancy this house is not for you. This is a small, well equipped house steps to the beach. Everything we needed for an excellent stay with family. Kim was very quick to answer all my questions and concerns. We will definitely be back.

The beach was beautiful with plenty of privacy. Great fun!

Our family loved our time here! Essentially a private beach, and you can’t beat the view from an updated deck that stretches the width of the house. Because of Covid, we only ate out once so it was great to have a roomy kitchen, and a nice shaded grilling area below the house. We will be back for sure!

We stayed here during 4th of July and it was nice and relaxing not many people on the beach and the neighbors had a nice fireworks display over the ocean. Kim the home owner was very responsive with any questions I had and got back with very quickly. The home is in a great location and the price was very good for it being right on the beach there is nothing bad I could say about the home or the owner. The only thing that I wasn’t sure about was not having a deck on the porch but there was a area under the deck with a table and grill that was nice and there was a constant breeze down there. Close to everything. Great restaurants within short driving. Only 10 minutes from downtown. Beach was great and the views were wonderful.

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! You can’t beat the location, and the house had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

The house was perfect for 3 couples visiting the St Augustine area for the 1st time. We prefer quiet beaches and this was it! Sit on the deck, watching the sunrise and surf, literally a few steps to the beach. Sharks teeth galore! The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach towels; charcoal grill added plus. Only a short drive to Vilano Beach grocery stores and easy distance to visit St. Augustine. Hope to return some day!

Great location - price is very reasonable for the beautiful view and access to GTM. The home is well-equipped and beds are very comfy!
