Our 18 acre estate is located on one of the Eastern shore's most coveted waterfront parcels. The perfect mix of seclusion and access, enjoy the quiet sounds of nature, but have easy access to fabulous restaurants, nightlight and shopping in the nearby towns of Easton, St. Michaels and Oxford.
We provide enriching experiences for groups and have a wide variety of games and activities for our guests.
We like to garden and grow and share what we produce with our guests at no cost. We raise anima...

Company Offsite - 5 stars!
Moofy's farmhouse is amazing! We had a company offsite there and it is the perfect place for that type of event. Christi and Andrew are so helpful and friendly. The whole group was raving about the venue.

Picturesque Family Fun
Had a very special and fun time with a large group of family and friends. We had the main lodge for our group and it was great to have plenty of space to gather indoors and out.

Endless fun and experiences
We were a large group of perhaps 30 of us, about half kids aged 14-1 and half adults, and the fun for all ages was endless. There were so many fun activities, my only regret is not having indulged in all of them. We had endless hours of fun playing pool, Jenga, singing karaoke or just hanging out in the bar in the game room. Outdoors was equally full of fun activities including the swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts. We also had a lovely run in the morning. The grounds were full of beauty and thoughtfulness with little gems hidden everywhere. Our kids loved the ice cream shop, the petting zoo and the art room. Adults and kids alike revelled in the beauty of the sunset view and the pier, all within a short walking distance on the grounds.
The house was fantastic for large groups with large common areas and industrial, but tastefully done kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and all had great views of the bay.
I could go on and on....we loved our time there and hope to visit again.

Perfect gathering place! ❤️
Paradise! The water view is unbeatable. It’s hard to imagine a better getaway with a large group. We didn’t leave the grounds for a week and we never ever felt the need to. The pool is impeccably maintained and huge! The kids had a blast. The gym is very well appointed. The ice cream parlor was a huge hit with the kiddos. Many pickle ball games were had, and leisurely scenic bike rides too! The property is very private - it felt like a true escape from everything to just bond and create memories with friends and family. We stayed in the main lodge and took full advantage of the game room (giant jenga! Pool! Karaoke!) and the kids play room stocked with toys and the huge kitchen with an ice maker and so many refrigerators! If you’re fortunate enough to have an occasion and group to come with, don’t hesitate!

Ready for the most relaxing vacation of your life? This place has it all!
Get ready for the best & most relaxing vacation of your life.
This place seriously has it all - a massive pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, a huge game room with a corner bar, billiards, video games, karaoke, poker tables & ping pong, a kid's play room stocked with toys, archery, kayaking, multiple bikes for kids and adults, a huge gym - you name it, it's here and more. And best of all is there are no extra fees to use any of the stuff - it's all included and laid out for you as if you were staying at a friend's house.
The design of the place is very cool - with a funky/modern/farmhouse vibe. Everyone in our group talked about how much they loved the place, how comfortable the beds and rooms were, and how beautiful the grounds...
Our use case was simple but not easy to satisfy in a single location for a reasonable price - 12 families with 20+ kids coming from multiple places around the globe. Try finding another spot to fit THAT many people under one roof! (short answer, you can't...) But everyone arrived at different times, parked easily and strolled right in. Because we were all in the same "house" under the same roof, sharing the kitchen, dining tables and beautiful living spaces, the feeling was like we were one big family - exactly what everyone needed to relax and connect which was the purpose of the trip in the first place.
For several of the days and nights Moofy's team arranged reasonably priced, delicious catering for our group, but we also took advantage of the fully stocked industrial sized kitchen to prepare meals on the other days. Everything was laid out perfectly and oversized, making it easy to manage our large group without a problem.
The setting is simply magnificent - directly on the water with a western facing view offering stunning sunsets nightly. Two of the seven nights we had bonfires and roasted marshmallows under the star-filled open sky.
Do yourself a favor and FORGET all the other places you are looking at; NOTHING else will compare to this place for the combination of value, comfort and sheer beauty we are all looking for in a destination resort.

Perfect location for large group stays
Beautiful home and quite location, with a lot of activities available on site (tennis, swimming pool, volleyball, kayaking, basketball, biking).
We held a 30 person company gathering, which was a huge success thanks to the efficient planning and support from all the staff. The onsite caretaker is always available to help, and the in house chef's food delicious.

Amazing Property!
We rented the entire main farmhouse which has 25 individual rooms. The space is amazing! Within 15 minutes we had several team members using the kayaks and canoes. The furnishings were extremely comfortable. The grounds, pool and tennis court are extremely well maintained. There we 22 people in our group and we never felt cramped, there was no lack of space to have away from the larger group. They were also very accommodating to our needs both as a group and individually. We would recommend this space to any large group either corp or family.

Amazing Experience
I ran a small business retreat for a high level group of folks and EVERYONE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE HOUSE.
I only have great things to say about it. The location is amazing, right on the water, it's quiet, private, high end, extremely large and roomy, tennis court, pool, petting zoo. Really amazing.
And the site manager who was there to assist us was very helpful as well. Adam and his team were in strong communication every step of the way. I would definitely come here again and I HIGHLY recommend it.

Fantastic location for a family gathering or special event
This estate was beautifully appointed and easily accommodated our mixed group of 22 adults and children. Each bedroom was well-furnished, with in suite bathrooms that made sure guests were comfortable in their own space.
The spacious commercial kitchen was clutch for our caterer and the expansive dining areas, both indoor and outdoor, made for easy meals with a group this large. We enjoyed spending time in the pub for evening entertainment. The bar has everything you need for a party, and the pool table, board games and retro video game console were a big a hit with all ages.
Probably our favorite feature of this property was the view and the water access via the docks. We spent hours kayaking and fishing and just taking in incredible view from the roomy screened-in porch. The pool was also lovely, and features a pool house with a full bath and kitchenette, and there were plenty of towels and lounge furniture.
All in all, this property is a special find on the eastern shore. It gives you all the amenities of a hotel, but with the exclusive feel of a private residence.
Everyone had an amazing time, both young and old and we will definitely be back in the future. Special thanks to the caretaker and owner who helped make this a very special event.

Wonderful time!
I came with some friends to celebrate a birthday and we all had amazing time! The property is gorgeous and all the amenities were just as advertised! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy some fun and sun with friends/family!
