My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and this condo was perfectly cozy! We enjoyed the view of the lake from the living room, and the fact that you could walk anywhere downtown was added bonus. Very clean with just the right amount of space for the two of us.

We love being on the water and have been to water street inn many times. We are usually last minute so if we can’t get the room we want we end up with 110. We didn’t leave a tip for the cleaners because it wasn’t clean. The rugs in the kitchen are very dirty. . It hasn’t been changed in a very long time ! It felt very dirty. The tub in the bathroom is very dirty. The wall paper and the furniture is very old and needs updating. You can’t see in the mirror in the bedroom. People might like the outdated look... I don’t know. Actually we left a note if you were ever interested in selling. We would gut it and updated it top to bottom.

This was our 2nd stay, we stayed in 115 the first time and it was great.We stayed in this room because of the tub and kitchen set up, perfect for what we needed. I hope they keep the tub.

Pretty nice; liked the view to the lake. Unfortunately i didn't get the room that i booked (i booked room 313 via internet); instead of 313 i got a nice room at ground floor; but in general i don't like rooms at groundfloors; that's why i booked room 313 but didn't get this one; this was a little bit confusing and disappointing
