Well located a couple of miles from all of Disney parks, Universal is a bit further afield but within 30 minutes traffic permitting. Fab house and pool, well managed, well stocked, maybe a bit too cluttered but loads of space so bearable. Had a noisy gecko problem at night but that’s nobody’s fault! Gated community with guards so felt very safe. Super Walmart round the corner but don’t go in the evening it’s rammed! Lots of restaurants on the main road, rental car is a must in US, you can’t walk anywhere. Air con was good. Had a great time would stay here again.

This is one the best places we have ever experienced for vacation lodging. It worked out perfectly in respect to the Disney family of parks. We were able to come back during the day to rest. The location was fabulous. The home was perfect, just as described and it was well kept and beautifully decorated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owner was extremely helpful in solving the problems created by Hurricane Irma. Overall a wonderful experience.

Nada mejor si vas a orlando que una casa. cuando llegas de los parques agotado, es mejor una casa que te permita hacer tu vida. recomiendo tomar un dia de descanso antes de ir a los parques y otro despues. Estas estan muy bien equipadas, no falta nada, todo, tal como lo ves en las fotografias se encuentran dentro de una villa que posee un house muy completo y una urbanizacion muy lujosa. es seguro y se disfruta mas que un hotel. ideal para familias. muy recomendado. incluso solicitamos hacer un late check out, y nos permitieron quedarnos sin cargo unas horas mas.

The home is beautiful and very spacious. There were eight adults and no one was bumping into each other. It is centrally located to all the parks. The outdoor pool was wonderful at the end of the hot busy days. The owner of the property was extremely responsive to all questions. Would definately recommend this home to anyone who wants a "home away from home"! Thank you Susan!

My family of 6 stayed for 3 weeks between July and August. The location is great... about 15 minutes max to Disney in traffic; numerous grocery stores and food outlets very close. They are building a Super Walmart just down the street, and will make this place even more convenient in a few months when it is completed. The house is very well maintained, and the beds are comfortable. You can tell the difference if you look around at the houses in the area; this one is lovingly looked after as a home more so than a rental. There were plenty of supplies, and I appreciate whoever left the coffee filters behind, as I forgot to buy some and thought I wouldn't be able to drink my coffee the first morning! I left a few supplies behind as well, so hopefully the next person was able to get some use from them as well :). The pool was great after a long day at Disney, or even early morning while the kids are still asleep, and the privacy glass is great. The backyard looks into a reserve type place, so peaceful and beautiful. The neighborhood is primarily vacation rentals, so you will find people moving in and out daily, but all seemed very organized. There can tend to be a line of cars at the gate during peak checkin days/times, but as soon as you get your gate card, then it is easier to bypass the crowd on future days. We truly loved our stay, and just wished that it was longer. Susan is very lovely, super easy to deal with, and we definitely hope to stay here again for a future vacation.

Windsor Castle Villa is like a home from home. It has everything you could want in a family holiday villa. The photos don't do it justice. Susan the owner is lovely to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for her. We have stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in May 2015 and again this year for 3 weeks in May. We love it so much we are planning to return again in 2019! Susan and her family use the villa as their second home and you can tell how much she cares for it. The beds are really comfy and there is plenty of extra bed linen and towels. There are hair dryers in every bathroom and even hair straighteners in case you forget your own! There are pool towels in the utility room and she provides laundry detergent and fabric softener free of charge. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. There are cool boxes and ice coolers as well which are great for keeping in the boot of the car when you go to the theme parks so you've got a cool drink when you get back to the car or for taking out to the water parks or beach. Also great for when you go to the supermarket for your ice cream and freezer foods! There's a gas BBQ as well which is great for after a long day out in the parks. Relaxing by the pool with a cool glass of wine/beer while your tea is cooking. Fab! And you don't have to worry about whose turn it is to drive or getting ready to go out! The pool is lovely and gets the sun all day long. We have the pool heated and it's the perfect temperature. My 8 year old daughter loves the pool and the lilos and toys that Susan provides. Windsor Castle Villa is perfectly situated for visiting the Disney theme parks as its only 5-10 minutes drive to any of the Disney parks. Universal Studios and Sea World are a bit further and depending on the time of day take about 20-30 minutes drive. The villa is just off Highway 192 and is close to lots of restaurants (Red Lobster and Long Horn Steakhouse being our favourites) and shops. Walmart is 10 minutes drive away (although it will soon be 2 minutes as they are building one at the end of the road) and Publix is 5 minutes away. Susan provides a Sat Nav so you don't need to pay for one with your hire car. All you need to do is either pay for a days roaming on your phone or download Google maps and the directions onto your phone (or print them) and off you go. The Sat Nav is pre loaded with directions to all the attractions and shops and restaurants and is really easy to use. Windsor Hills resort is really nice. We walked round it several times and its very peaceful and safe as its a gated resort with 24 hour security. There is a communal pool area and games room and gym, which look great, but we didn't need to use them. I can highly recommend the villa and we cant wait to return!

The house was clean and well maintained. There was room for everybody (11 people). The children loved playing in the game room and in the pool. The kitchen allowed for a few people to be working at once.

Windsor Castle Villa is a large, gorgeous home with plenty of room for everyone. The master bedroom/bath felt like an oasis after long, adventurous days exploring the parks and local sites. The home was clean and had all the kitchen tools to make breakfast and dinner daily. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, feeling more like a home than a vacation rental. The pool and spa were perfect although, in retrospect, I should have taken the owner's suggestion to have it heated and we probably would have utilized it more in the evening. The clubhouse offers plenty of amenities for all, including a gym, arcade and pool for smaller visitors. My family and I had a wonderful vacation experience here. The owner and management company were incredibly helpful and responsive and provided many details about the area that we would not have been privy too had we stayed elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the parks and all the Orlando has to offer.

The Owner certainly is very responsive but the reality is that this villa is rather dated. It is also relatively small when compared to many others. It was clean in most places although there were a number of cockroaches in the outside barbeque which had not been cleaned thoroughly. We also had cockroaches in the house. We brought this to the Owners attention by email before we left however we received no reply. Rather surprisingly, about one week after we had left the villa, and subsequent to our email about the cockroaches, we were sent an email saying that we had caused some damage to the pool screens. We had absolutely no recollection of that but had $150 deducted from our deposit regardless. Most of the reviews are rather old now and some of the more recent ones have been removed for some reason. The location is very good for Disney and local amenities and the sub-divisions clubhouse/pool area was clean and tidy and fun for our very young children.
