Great place with everything you need for a vacation. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for a large group. Centrally located with restaurants, shops and baseball all within the asking distance.

My family came to watch my grandson play at Cooperstown All-star Village. My daughter brought her six children, we had 7 children altogether and 5 adults. It accommodated my family nicely. It's a great location for CASV which is less than 3 miles away, and main street in Oneonta. It is an old two level Victorian House with a renovated kitchen and bathrooms. It's a house with charm, and Jenny the host was always responsive, definitely would stay again.

Beautifully renovated historic house close to downtown Oneonta. Huge, remodeled, well-stocked kitchen that was perfect for our big family. Very comfortable beds too.

Wonderful experience staying at the academy house for our week playing at the all star village. Jenny was the best. House was great and all we could ask for given its proximity to Main Street and ASV.

This is a well kept older home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We came to watch baseball and we're very comfortable eating almost every meal at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the dining room and living areas are spacious. The floors and stairs squeak a bit but it adds to the charm of staying in an older place. Front porch was nice too. We did walk 2 blocks to a little downtown area and enjoyed coffee and a slice of pizza one night. Overall, we recommend this over a hotel especially if you have kids with you.
