Great location close to downtown,Opus 40 great place to visit, great music at colony beer garden,anywhere you dine in woodstock healthy,tasty ,great vibe in that town,visit overlook mountain and Buddhist monastery

This little house was just wonderful , and Karyn was fantastic host. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure our stay was all we hoped it would be. The house was clean, tidy and very well-equipped, and we plan to return for another visit in the future.

Wow! Based out the outside picture, you cannot believe the open/airy feeling inside. Yes it is small but brilliantly designed. Has everything you need and feels sooo much bigger than it is. I slept up in the loft, my cousin slept on the futon, giving us both privacy and in a way making it feel like a two-bedroom. First time to Woodstock and it is such a great town. The location of the cottage is super close by and perfect for our needs (show at Levon Helm). Highly recommended!

The property was perfect for my wife and me, and our dog. While the cabin is small, it is well organized and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and a salt water pool shared with the owner was a real bonus. As for the owner, she made the whole experience even better. She's friendly, helpful and informative. We will definitely be back.

This cabin is very small but to me that’s a bonus. It’s exactly the right size for a getaway and extremely comfortable.

Great little cottage about 5 minutes from downtown Woodstock next to the owner's full house in the shadow of Overlook Mountain (8 mins to the trailhead). Right on the road but its very quiet there, little traffic. Easy to access, the owners were communicative but not at all nosy or intrusive. Its not much bigger than a hotel room, not a tiny house - but definitely tiny! The loft where the bed is is also quite tight and we slept on the pullout futon. The kitchen doesn't have a stove, just a hot plate. IF you are like us - a couple that hikes, reads books on the futon at night, get some takeout and make simple foods - an affordable, far better than a hotel room kind of place. If you are more than two, want luxury, space, modern, sort of home away from home kind of place.... maybe keep looking. In the summer, I guess you could use the pool, and there was a small, private space with a table and small grill.

Great little place for a getaway. Stayed with my partner and pups. Place was perfect, private and secluded. Short ride from the main town area. Property is small but has everything you need nicely placed.
