Très bonne semaine coupée du monde
Magnifique villa avec tout le confort et l’equipement possible . Joliement décoré . Seul hic la piscine ne fait pas pas partie de la villa comme pourrait laisser croire les photos mais de l’hotel Qui se trouve à l’entrée du complexe . Elle est donc à partager . Sur la propriétée il y a seulement le petit bassin . Tout le personnel est très serviable , discret et fort sympathique

We stayed from October 18th to 25th. We were a little concerned with the weather when we landed early morning at Marrakech as it was cloudy and a little cool, we shouldn't have been as other than the first day the daytime temperatures were always in the 80s and sometimes even low 90s fahrenheit with very little cloud. The villa was spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped in all areas. Beds comfortable, water pressure good in all bathrooms, towels in all shapes and size of good quality, everything you could need in the kitchen, a dvd player with dvds provided and a small music system. Our only minor complaint would be is that you can not connect to the wi-fi from the villa, for this you would have to go closer to the hotel (where the wi-fi signal comes from) The hotel is not currently open but will be a great asset when it is as you could then eat and grab a drink there if you did not fancy cooking or going further afield.
There are 13 villas in total and I would say Villa 7 has the best position by far and as a result of this also the best views, the gardens of the villa were beautiful with plenty of flowers still in bloom and plenty of bird song with lots of exotic birds regularly visiting the gardens and terrace, including an extremely tame Levaillants woodpecker and a very chatty group of Bulbuls. The roof terrace had great views and was ideal for star gazing, we saw shooting stars on most nights.The communal gardens were also lovely to stroll around and the team of gardeners that maintain them always friendly. Would recommend a tagine and some couscous from Abdou and his team rather than going to the Domaine de la Roseraie, it was much tastier and a fraction of the cost. Abdou was always on hand to pick up local shopping for us and offer and advice as was his brother Saiid who I enjoyed many interesting and varied conversations with. All in all a wonderfully relaxing week in late October with plenty of sun yet only 3-4 hours away from London.Think we might pop back when the hotel is open so we can have an even lazier week than we had !

What's to say ? If you dream of comfort , this place is what you need . It's a very spacious villa , clean and tidy. L'Amendier resort is located in Ouirgane, a small area about 60 km from Marrakech. We stayed here 3 nights with my family in the summer , we were all satisfied and we could relax in complete privacy . So the house is magnificent with a nice atmosphere and calm guaranteed , there is a well air-conditioner and parking outside . The kitchen is well equipped and contains everything you will need, as well as good products . There is a dining room , three lovely rooms , 3 spacious bathrooms and well-equipped with heated towel rails , and hairdryers are also provided . The private garden is filled with birdsongs and colored plants. The house has a terrace with swimming pool and a second on the roof . You can also have access to the large swimming pool at the hotel with its splendid view that overlooks the great mountains. In the evening , you can admire the very dark sky on the deck chairs as well as the beautiful bright stars .
Finally ,I recommend to everyone to visit this little paradise far from any pollution and noises , and it was for us a nice memory and good experience .
Hope to come back once in the future .

We stayed here in the summer for a week with our 3 kids, and enjoyed every day of it…
The house is marvellous en very tasteful decorated, kitchen well provided even 2 Tajine pots so we could not resist to make this meal once for ourselves.
On the terrace, there is a small pool to cool down a nice view on the mountains and garden full of flowers. 300m from the house is a large and nice swimming pool with nice view also.
In the night, the sky was breath-taking full of stars
We could not have a better place to explore the Atlas region and Marrakech.
Hope to come back once.

Super villa in staggering location near Marrakech
L’Amandier resort in the Atlas Mountains will, once completed, consist of 12 villas and a boutique hotel. It is scheduled to open as a fully functioning resort later this year, although the swimming pool is usable now. Villa No 7, where I was lucky enough to spend a few days in February, is probably in the best location being at the far end of the complex with a neighbouring villa only on one side. From its rear terrace there are the most staggering views up to the mountains which, when I was there, were snowcapped – a fabulous feature against a blue, blue sky.
The villa has three double bedrooms looking on to a pretty central courtyard, each one with its own large bathroom. The very generously proportioned main living area runs the length of the rear of the house, with floor to ceiling glass doors leading on to a west facing terrace with a plunge pool, looking on out to that fabulous view. No better place from which to watch the sunset over the mountains, unless perhaps from the roof terrace above, with its intimate Bedouin-style pergola.
Quality modern furnishings, along with a fully fitted kitchen, give Villa No 7 a contemporary feel, with some standout locally sourced pieces to remind us that Morocco is a country rich in traditional craftsmanship as well as glorious landscapes. I can’t wait to go back!

The ultimate Atlas mountain base camp!
Mid-winter in the Atlas foothills - birdsong in the flowering hedges, amazing star watching on the terrace, blazing fires in the fire place, wonderful Moroccan meals prepared by attentive staff, morning dips in the pool, walks through Berber villages, longer hikes across the hills, mountains all around - and always the comfortable villa to return to. We couldn't have found a better base camp for
our month of Moroccan explore and the villa is fresh, beautiful and well appointed inside and out.
