Recently renovated with lots of artistic flare and eye. High marks for appearance/atmosphere. The views off the back of the house over the water were wonderful. Right at the golf resort so you can walk across to the pro shop with just about as much ease as staying at the resort. Kitchen, laundry - all well stocked with the appropriate stuff. Would highly recommend to others.

Very quick to respond when I inquired with prospective dates to rent. Follow up with instructions the day before we arrived. The space was nicely appointed with everything except cable tv. It comfortably slept 4 of us. Location is excellent, just outside the entrance to Cabot Links. Very happy with everything.

I would agree with most of what’s written in the other reviews. Very well equipped kitchen, except for maybe could use a small fry pan. Great location. Etc. However, although there is a television, it has no cable or satellite service. If you don’t have Google Chromecast on a PED you won’t be watching anything. Also, the bedrooms are upstairs. The stairs are narrow and slippery, especially if you just have socks on. There are no clothes closets at all, just a hanging bar and dresser in the main bedroom and a dresser in the other bedroom. These bedrooms share the only full bath, so, if you have several people it’s going to get uncomfortable. Only the queen bed is in a bedroom with a door. The king bed is a loft, with no privacy (i.e., no door). The half bath is downstairs in the laundry room.

Nicely done as advertised. Well equipped.
