In our newly built Victoria-by-the-Sea cottage we have incorporated a unique, large, separate, self-contained private rental suite. Please come and enjoy this new accommodation.
Victoria Garden Suite is our double-occupancy housekeeping studio suite. Large open studio with comfortable queen-sized bed, a well-appointed kitchenette with 4 burner stove, oven, small refrigerator, microwave, small appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Wheelchair accessible bathroom with step in shower, handheld shower head, seat, or padded shower bench upon request. Grab bars for toilet and shower. Level thresholds, wide doorways, ramped deck, cable TV, high-speed internet, private entrance, private deck, and a/c. Very cute, clean, spacious & practical!!!
Our stay was very lovely, couldn't have asked for a better place to retire after a long day! The suite had it's own entrance and deck making it feel like we had our own little cottage!

Beautiful suite and location!
We couldn't have been happier with the suite. Beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. We loved the private deck, view, location and the bed. Overall a great experience in Victoria by the Sea.

Relax in the Country!
My wife and I stayed here with our small dog for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable, everything was as advertised. Our hosts Jeanne and Susan were very friendly and welcoming. The suite has all the comforts of home and was fine for our needs. Everything is newly constructed and in great condition.The kitchen was well stocked with plates pots tools etc. we had no problem preparing meals when we stayed in. When we went out in the evening our hosts even offered to check in on our dog which made us feel better. The suite is attached to the back of their home, you have a nice deck out back and a large yard looking out to farm fields and you have the feeling that you are in your own cottage. A short walk into Victoria (definitely go there) to shop or eat, walk the beach

Peaceful country suite
Although the pictures are accurate, this suite exceeded our expectations. In addition to it's modern amenities and country charm it has a great back deck and lovely views of the countryside and local church. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, there were plenty of fresh linens and the suite was immaculate. The suite is well thought out, it maximizes function without losing it's charm and homey feel. It is a great place to travel with your pet, as it is set back from the road with a big back yard to roam. It met our needs perfectly and the bonus were the great cafes, pub etc just minutes away.

We'll be back!
The Victoria Cottage Garden Suite is a fabulous place to experience a PEI vacation. The suite itself is beautiful and clean and we liked to tease the owners that the suite has the better view. Wonderfully wheelchair accessible. The picturesque village of Victoria by the Sea is a four minute walk away. Victoria has so much to offer, The Victoria Playhouse for live theatre and concerts, the Landmark Cafe for some of the best food and service on the island, a local fish market, the beaches, the pier and so much more. Jeannie and Susan are wonderful hosts and we'll be back again next year!

A Pleasant Experience
My girlfriend and I stayed at this suite for a couple of days in mid-August. We were pleasantly surprised by the surrounding beauty of the countryside and the nearby charming village of Victoria-by-the-Sea. As well, we were conveniently close to other PEI locations such as Charlottetown, Summerside, Green Gables, Confederation Bridge, beaches...etc. The suite itself is very clean and offered us a comfortable place to relax. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to prepare our own meals. There is also a large deck in the back. Ideal for enjoying coffee on a lovely summer morning. Prince Edward Island is truly an amazing place and Jeanne and Susan's generous hospitality added to our pleasant Maritime experience. Cheers!

This would be my first choice of places to stay in Victoria, PEI
Jeanne Sullivan and her partner were the best hosts ever. Of the 17 days we stayed there we were treated to fresh blueberries, home made clam chowder and home made oat cakes. We got to reap some of the vegetables in the garden also. The suite was immaculately clean and the service the best. It is within minutes of Charlottetown andn Summerside on the No.1 highway, a perfect location.

Wonderful accommodation
My partner and I stayed at this location for four nights, and loved it. This is a self-contained efficiency apartment, with everything convenient and well planned. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. This is a bright, cheerful place, very clean, and welcoming. The views from the windows look out over farmers' fields. It was delightful and we were reluctant to leave. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, and will come back when we are in PEI. We are cyclists and found that Victoria is a good place to cycle out and back from. The rides are easy and scenic along the coast. Cycling inland is challenging, but the roads are quiet and drivers very friendly. Jeanne and Susan are wonderful hosts and gave us fresh beans and onions from their garden.

A great suite- complete with everything.
Arriving at the Garden Suite after a day of kayaking was great. The suite was beautiful and very clean. The private entrance is nice. It includes a kitchen though we didn't stay long enough to utilize this feature. Nice property, great private patio and a lovely host.
