One with the lot
You'll never want for anything, this 5 bedroom home has every amenity, fantastic pool, full size tennis court, basketball ring, table tennis table, pool table, foosball, large entertaining areas, BBQ facilities and a putting green, close to the shopping precinct of Rye and beach, I'll certainly be staying again....

This place ticks all the boxes- loved it!
This property was absolutely perfect for a couple of families. The house itself was fantastic with every possible amenity you could ask for. We were 2 families with 6 adult kids between us who had an absolute ball. Between the pool, tennis court, billiard table, barbecue and wood fired oven, there was always something to do. The house had everything we needed and so spacious also. We loved this property and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Oasis
Amazing property, large and spacious, very clean, everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We had 13 adults staying for 3 nights, would highly recommend.

Mini resort
We had the most wonderful stay, the house was fully kitted out, the kitchen with more than you would ever need. The photos didn’t do the house justice, it was like arriving to a mansion and the furniture had been upgraded too. There was so much room for our group of 12. We had one small issue and phoned the emergency line and it was resolved within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous family holiday
Property was clean with great facilities and as described.
We called for a couple of very small issues that were resolved very quickly. Having a large family with young children, this was an excellent home.

Wonderful Family Resort
This home was perfect for our large multigenerational family group, allowing us to fill our days with fabulous activities without leaving the property. The large pool, tennis court, basketball hoops and putting green were on heavy rotation with billiards, table tennis, and board games slotted in for good measure. Large airy interiors with big kitchen, lounge and dining spaces, with more lounging and dining undercover outside near the great BBQ and pizza oven. It’s grand without being pretentious, with furniture that you can relax in. We would certainly recommend staying here and will be doing so again. So many special memories made this weekend, it’s just that sort of place.

Amazing!
Our visit was a 3 day extended family weekend. Our first thoughts were "Impressive" and "Welcoming". As we explored the house, we were further impressed with the amount of space in which we had to enjoy our stay. Bedrooms were well appointed, kitchen was roomy & well provisioned, lounge room- very comfortable viewing area for large screen TV. Add to these, a full-size billiard table and adjoining bar area and a separate room at the front of the house with a table tennis table meant lots of pleasant activities even if the weather turned out to be not so pleasant. At the rear of the house is a large glass fenced pool, tennis/basketball court, putting green & a wood fired pizza oven (great if you enjoy testing your fire-making skills). This house provided so much for everyone in our family whose ages range from 8-70 years of age. Overall, a very wonderful, relaxing weekend!

Rye Gem!
Great place for a family gathering, had the works.. swimming pool, tennis court, basketball rings, table tennis, pool table etc.. recommend for sure.
