From the kitchen take the six narrow steps up to the first floor, with a twin bedroom with stunning views across the Solent, and a separate WC and basin. Continue up the main narrow staircase to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. One being a double bedroom with those amazing views and an adult bunk room. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs and charcoal bbq. You can use the lawned area in-front of your patio area as well. In the summer-house you will find outside children’s toys for your use. Bikes can be safely stored in the summerhouse as well. Off road parking for one car. Amenities: WIFI. Kitchen: Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, toaster, kettle, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, cafetière, small round table and 6 chairs.
