We loved the seclusion of this property and all the beautiful open land around the cabin. The pool and fire pit were also so nice for our family to enjoy all to ourselves. We had a couple minor issues with the pool and hot tub and they were fixed within hours of contacting the owners. We had an amazing time exploring Hocking Hills too! Highly recommend this place.

We had a great time with our family, had everything we needed and plenty of room. The outside deck area was awesome. Really enjoyed the view/property, pool, game room. We had some issues while we stayed with the A/C but the response was really quick and they provided some window units while they tried to fix the other issues. Really a great response by them bc it was over the 4th of July weekend too. We all look back on this as a great place and experience.

Basically the location was great, the property was clean An overall deep cleaning needed. Especially, the vents.

Our experience at this property was great — a big group of us got together for a weekend away and spent plenty of time by the pool and relaxing off the grid. The property was as expected, and it was nice having a lot of different rooms and bathrooms to choose from.

Our group consisted of 13 people. All family, We had a different house we were supposed to stay in but there was a problem with the air. They reached out to inform us of the problem before we got there and said they had a back up place for us to use. This house was perfectly proportion to accommodate all of us. We were able to eat together and there was a pool table upstairs we could enjoy. We we're able to hang out without feeling cramped. We felt they did a great job of making sure we were talking care of. We would definitely use this company again.

We had a great time just a few things hot tub needs cleaned and comforters need washed

We have stayed here twice and both times have been perfect.

We had a delightful time! On the very positive side, when we arrived on January 14, there was a Christmas tree next to the fireplace. We're still not sure whether that was intentional, because we'd mentioned the reason for our stay, or just coincidence. There were some hiccups, that minimally impacted our grand time, but that we shared with the property manager. Most notably, most bedrooms were VERY cold, despite our efforts to manage the issue. And, perhaps more easily addressed, there were not enough dinner plates for the stated capacity of the cabin.

We had a roach sighting the last day of our stay in a first-floor bedroom. We had issues with several lights not working (Ex. vanity lights in the first-floor bathroom). The washer and dryer worked but a mildew odor was hard to ignore when trying to use the washer. We had a few televisions we had difficulty turning on and an odor in the bath/bedroom/kitchen over the game room in the back house which Febreeze helped make slightly better. The space is amazing, and the trip was wonderful! I would just encourage a few additional things for staff to address prior to each rental to make their stay perfect. Thank you for listening.
