Perfect house for a relaxing retreat with family. We enjoyed the nice kitchen, dining area, great room, and large deck overlooking the golf course. We also really enjoyed riding bikes on the great bike paths up to glaze meadow, the lodge, and the large open meadow. Always enjoy BBR and this house was located in a wonderfully peaceful and quiet area of the ranch. Home was nice and clean and well maintained.

Black Butte great location ... beautiful area. House situated on lovely property, spacious, fabulous outdoor deck. Kitchen poorly equipped ... lacked colander, knives most dull, measuring cups, blender was dirty, potholders dirty. Oven heat was inconsistent. Carpets and bedding were tired.

My husband, children, and I had a wonderful time. This house had enough room for all of us and was well laid out. We appreciated that it sat deep in black butte and on a larger lot. We will definitely be back.

Some of the cooking stuff was put away dirty
I wish better seating in living room. We were disappointed that TV wasn’t smart TV.
And living area needs better lighting. Was really dark.

We love coming to Black Butte with our family and ...
We love coming to Black Butte with our family and were excited to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday there. The house was in a quite part of the ranch and although it’s on the golf course it still had a large backyard for the kids to run around in.
The kitchen has been updated and was big enough to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. The bedrooms and living rooms were cozy and fit four adults, two kids and a dog comfortably.
The biggest issue we had was that the sheets on multiple beds were not clean and many of the dishes were dusty. Minor issue, the Wi-Fi password was not where it was supposed to be and it took us quite awhile to find it.

The beautifully appointed vacation home, the natural outdoor setting of the recreation center, the handsome horses on the morning trail ride, the bistro's menu, gift shop and spectacular mountain views, and the easy drive to charming Sisters, OR - these reasons and more make Black Butte Ranch a relaxing, delightful getaway.

Overall clean. However, you could see where past guests had pets and parties. ie dog hair on bed spread, confetti on the floor
And furniture, broken screen on slider.
