Our three nights at the Linhay were delightful. The stay was incredibly relaxing. The cottage lived up to its expectations - it was clean, well-equipped, spacious, cozy, and with a beautiful view just as shown on the website. We didn’t go out much, but enjoyed the comfort of the cottage and the hot tub.

A warm welcome when we arrived we found staying at Linhay very comfortable and enjoyed using Hot Tub after visiting areas as was a good location in Cornwall.
This was good location to enjoy walking and visiting those wonderful coastal villages

We had a lovely stay in the linhay cottage in June this year. The hot tub was an added bonus to sit out and admire the views of an evening. The cottage was a really good size and good value for money. We really appreciated the hamper on arrival. This was a good base to explore cornwall. We also admired the well kept plants and flowers in the gardens around the cottage. The electric charger was really handy and we enjoyed looking at the sheep from the car park.

Lovely cottage, excellent hosts. Nothing ever too much trouble. Very well equipped cottage. We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hot tub was lovely and the cottage had lots of little extras. .

Such a gorgeous location for a quiet getaway - perfect location for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer before relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the views across the valley. The hosts were super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, including offering recommendations for places to visit. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!

My partner and I stayed at East Trenean Farm in the Linhay Cottage for a short getaway after our wedding. It’s the second time we have visited (we got engaged there in 2020!) and the cottage and location is absolutely beautiful. Graham and Jane are so welcoming and it definitely feels very relaxing staying there. We would definitely recommend it, and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for having us again. We spent an excellent week at East Trenean Farm. We were extremely lucky with the weather and the accommodation was conveniently situated for sea and countryside excursions.
Linhay was spacious, clean and well equipped for all our needs. The large garden had a panoramic view of fields and valleys.
Our first holiday in an electric car was made stress free by the EV charge point for our exclusive use.
We would highly recommend East Trenean Farm.

We stayed at the Linhay for one week and it did not disappoint! The views looking out onto the rolling farmland hills was a delight to wake up to every morning. The location is amazing with being roughly 10 minutes from Looe, Talland Bay, Seaton, everything is around you. The property was extremely clean when we arrived and had all the essentials we needed. Plenty of internal and external space to use. The hot tub was one of the best we have had, even better at night under the lights of the pergola. Graham and Jane were the most accommodating hosts we have had, they were so welcoming and made the stay that bit better! It was so good that I even proposed on the grounds, after Jane gave us a tour around the farm to find the right location for it. We loved our stay at East Trenean Farm and can highly recommend. We will most definitely be returning, I think we have found our go to stay in Cornwall.

We have just returned from a lovely weekend at Linhay. The property is immaculate, and the views from the garden are stunning. Everything you could need is provided and the property provides the perfect retreat. Whilst we didn't experience good weather for our stay, we visited local places in the mornings and returned to the hot tub and the comfort of Linhay in the afternoons and evenings.
The hosts are very welcoming and are on hand if needed. We appreciated the welcome pack with freshly laid eggs from the farm which we enjoyed for our breakfast.
After much searching on the internet to find somewhere special to celebrate our Pearl Wedding Anniversary, we were delighted to find Linhay and would highly recommend the property.
We look forward to returning and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
