BEST family vacation!!!

This home and our week in it was truly incredible!! Sincerely, our stay couldn't have been better from start to finish. This rental offered the perfect amount of space for our family, and it was super clean and very well stocked. Additionally, it is handicap friendly, kid-friendly and baby-proofed - all of which we GREATLY benefited. Access to the beach is a beautiful short walk with private beach access and the community pool is just a stone's throw away. I promise, you won't find a better location! You will be centrally located to just about anything you might want to see or do on the island, and the owners, Mike and Sandy, are kind enough offer some really fantastic suggestions. Renting from them was truly a blessing. They were so gracious throughout the entire process and were always available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. On a scale of 1-5, every member of my family would give our experience a 10! ;-) The only complaint was that we had to go home. We hope to make 1101 Tennis Master an annual tradition for years to come!

Great Stay!

I have never been to Hilton Head and had no point of reference to choose where to stay. We found this rental by pure luck! The home was beautifully decorated and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals easy to prepare. There was lots of storage space in the cabinets as well. The living area downstairs had plentiful seating for everyone to be comfortable. It was child friendly for our 13 mo old grandson. Entertainment was easy on the rainy days as there were multiple TVs and board games. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. We took a beach tent with us and some extra supplies for the toddler so we chose to drive and park at the beach but it is an easy walk or bike ride if you are not hauling lots of stuff. The pool was close by and was well maintained. The screened porch was nice with the fan going. Owners were responsive to questions and easy to work with. Updated us with info about tropical storm Elsa that blew through while we were there. One of the best units we have every stayed in! We hope to visit again!!!

Clean, lovely, family friendly condo.

We very much enjoyed our place. The owners were a pleasure to speak with. They would get back with us very quickly with any questions we had. The pools were closed while we were down there, that was a bit of a disappointment, however not the fault of the owners. Masks also were required once we got to Hilton Head, so be sure to bring some (we didn't and struggled to find some). Would certainly stay here again.

Our family had such an amazing time visiting Hilton Head! The condo in Shipyard we rented was clean, spacious, and perfect for 6 people! Loved the screened in porch on the back! The bike trails throughout the community were so great! It was like riding your bike through a nature preserve. For the most part the bike paths were shaded, perfect for a bike ride after a hot day at the beach! This was our first time to the island, and we will definitely be coming back!

Spacious, bright,open concept and well stocked condo

Stayed here for a family reunion. Very nice condo. Loved a bathroom with each bedroom and an extra half bath for visitors. Our favorite spot was the screend in porch with a ceiling fan. We spent all mornings with our coffee/breakfast and alot of evenings drinking beverages. This was our facorite family spot to catch up with each other and share many laughs. Our kids/grandkids are from New York and Utah and we really reconnected. We liked the bike trail to the beach so we could ride bikes on the sand. Price was great and beautiful condo. Pool was used many times during the hot days. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mark and Sandy for sharing your place with us.

Comfortable Accommodations

Beautiful spacious condo. Short walk to the beach. Swimming pool across the street. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owners are very responsive and provided a lot of information about the area.

Wonderful Space!

You know when traveling, you wonder how old the pictures are representing your rental. You wonder if it's located in a good place. You wonder if you are bringing your family to someplace to build good memories, or if you are going to regret the money you spent. Well, wonder no more!! This condo has it all! Great, well appointed kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, comfortable living room, wet bar, washer/dryer, screened in Carolina Porch with adequate seating, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms!!!, and enough beds for everyone! This was an amazing home base for our one week stay in Hilton Head. It is located in a "Plantation" which is Southern for large housing development. Don't let this deter you! The grounds are lush with a plethora of trees and flowers, and there are miles upon miles of bike paths and walking paths running throughout the property. We were just minutes from shopping, restaraunts, and the beach. There are alligators and turtles on the property which are great for the kids to get to see. It's really a great space for everything one could need in Hilton Head. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!!!

Awesome!

I absolutely loved this place. The location is perfect. Everything worked great. The AC worked amazing. Four bathrooms was extremely helpful. Absolutely loved going on the nature walks around the property. The beach area was gorgeous. The pool water temperature was perfect. The beach and the pool were both close to the property. We loved spending time on the enclosed porch. Beds were comfortable. We cannot wait to go back.

Lovely beach vacation condo

Located in Shipyard, it's close to everything that's awesome. There are bike trails which we loved riding on, beach access just a very short ways away, and close to Coligny plaza. The condo itself is very nice. The furniture is comfy, the layout is sensible, and the screened in deck is super nice. Also, all the rooms have excellent TVs for when you're relaxing inside at night. The extra half bath is really handy too!

Great Place in Shipyard

We have stayed in Shipyard for many years and this is the nicest we’ve stayed in to date. Roomy, comfortable, clean and newly renovated. Great outdoor space and yard for kids and dogs!!
