The place is perfect. The ocean front view from the balcony. The pools were good. It has indoor and outdoor pool. Also have the lazy river that our son like. Would recommend this place and would like to make it our annuals trip.

Marylou has went out her way in decorating the facade of this room. There is hard wood flooring rather than that stained carpeting you see in other hotel rooms at The Beach. There was plenty of places to store your clothes, food and snacks. Bathroom was a little cramped but was manageable and clean with a great big well lit mirror. If you want to save a little money. There's a mini fridge, microwave, hotplate, dishes and a blender for your culinary or beverage creations. There are plenty of grocery stores within a few blocks. There's also a Convenience/Campstore located in the resort. You can't ask for a better view from the balcony. Bring binoculars to watch the dolphins play right from the balcony. We really enjoyed watching a storm roll by. We really enjoyed the burgers at River City Cafe that is located on a corner of the resort property. The little ice cream shop was a great way to end a evening out. The outdoor pool was just the right temperature after laying out in their well maintained sunbathing areas. The hot tubs was just that. 2 indoor tubs that were hot. The wall timers that turn the bubbles/jets on. The knobs were taken off with duck tape covering the stems reading "Out of Order". But, atleast they were hot. There's a live band next door if you like a pool party. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

I love to visit Myrtle Beach once a year if I can. I love to turn a new age while enjoying the beach! We booked with Marylou because everything I read about is all we needed for a perfect beach vacation! This hotel has everything you need to not even hop in the car and go somewhere!!! My most favorite is the location, far away from a lot of tourist commotion on the Boulevard (Skywheel area) a perfect 10 minute drive! If you haven't had a chance to try 1 of 7 locations at River City Cafe, try it! you can walk 2 minutes to one of their great locations! We were very pleased with our stay at the Sand Dunes! The owner of this place was heaven sent. She was quick to get back with me with all my enquiries. She demonstrates her professionalism and assist us with care and kindness. Her place has an amazing views. It is a walking distance to all the places we needed to go. Parking is easy. We are grateful for an easy access to the beach. The owner provides a cooking burner which was perfect for me to cook breakfast for my children. All of us had a relaxing Spring Break. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our future vacation.

Before I get to the room, I would like to acknowledge how excellent the owners of this condo are. Their communication is outstanding, and they are very hospitable. The room was clean, and very welcoming upon arrival. The room has an A+ view, you won't find one better! The resort has everything you would want, pools, hot tubs, restaurant, bar, laundry room, gym, and a mini store. You could almost stay at the resort the whole time if you wanted to. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to go to Myrtle Beach!

My mom, grandma, and I shared this beautiful studio over the course of the week. It fit us all comfortably with plenty of room to spare and the room itself was immaculate. Waking up everyday to the waves while sitting on the balcony was a dream. The facility is packed full of things to do....restaurants, pools, and even a gym! The staff was extremely helpful as well. Couldn’t have imagined a better place to spend a girls trip. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We stayed 6 nights in this condo, fit perfectly for 2 of us! The views of the ocean is amazing. Most attractions are a few minute drive, but easy to navigate around. The condo itself is very well upkept and clean. Loved having a lockbox for the key not having to take it to the beach with us. The only downfall we really encountered was parking is very tight in the parking ramp if you drive a larger vehicle and they do not have a skywalk that connects the buildings so you have to go through the lobby every time which can kinda be a pain if you have bags etc to carry. Everything else is absolutely beautiful!!!!!!

Condo is perfect and spacious for 2, with all appliances and nice TV, free WIFI too. Located ON THE BEACH! North end of Myrtle Beach is fairly quiet, and only a couple of blocks away from markets, drug stores, and very good, affordable restaurants. Marylou has beach chairs you can use, even sand toys. Only thing missing is a cooler to borrow for the beach. We loved our week here!
