On the main floor is a second bedroom with two queens and full bath off the hallway. The second floor also has a second bedroom with one queen bed and full bath off the hallway. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Living room sofa sleeps two. Private pool has built-in bench seating and wraparound sunning deck. Please note that the fireplace may not be used. HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 6 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections. LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome. DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for a second dog. Maximum 2 dogs. LOVED this house

We absolutely loved this house. It was the perfect place for our family while vacationing! It looks just like the pictures. Decorated so cute!! Close to the beach - in a perfect little neighborhood. Great for riding bikes- bike trail near by. Would highly recommend to any families looking to vacation here.

Girls weekend.

What a great place for a get away. The porches were lovely for evening conversations or morning coffee. The owners have paid close attention to detail and comfort. I loved the location and the charm of the house. Everything we needed was available. The pool is a nice bonus. We would like to rent this home again maybe even for a family holiday.
