We have visited multiple times, and fall in love with it more each stay. Stable Lodge is a perfect little retreat. A lovely, clean and well presented lodge, set in amazing views, perfect for everyone. Situated in a private, idyllic piece of countryside but close enough to plenty of villags, cafes, pubs, and days out. The service is always 110%. Super friendly and accommodating, I wish we could visit many more times a year. It's our home away from home. Absolutely LOVE IT.

Just returned home today 30.05.22 after spending a week at this fabulous lodge.Peaceful .amazing views and numerous birds to watch from the decking. Close proximity to Loch Lomond and The trossachs. Thankyou Lesley for your hospitality a very friendly and lovely lady. We will be back

Stable Lodge is a very well present property with all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. Set in fantastic farmland with extensive grounds for dog walking and extensive decking to enjoy a morning coffee whilst enjoying the scenery. Within easy reach of Drymen, Aberfoyle and Callander for day trips. Lesley the host couldn’t do enough to ensure your stay was as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Would highly recommend and will most defiantly return.

A 2nd visit to the wonderful Stable Lodge is just what my little family of four (plus our canine companion) needed to escape the stresses and strains of life. A well-equipped, comfortable lodge in a fantastic location. Lesley manages the Lodge perfectly and even made sure our girls had some Halloween treats. Selfishly, we want to keep it to ourselves but this place really is a gem that I’d recommend you visit.

Stunning lodge with fabulous views and wildlife The lodge never disappoints been here on more than a few occasions and the standards never drop. Lesley is a fantastic lodge manager and always very friendly and helpful way beyond her job description. Beautiful bed lining, towels and toiletries are things you never expect at self catering. The standard of cleanliness of the lodge is always first class, especially as they allow animals this is something that often puts me off a self catering but not ever have I experienced anything but spotlessly clean. Super comfy beds and great pillows The added extras of all kitchen extras like tea, coffee sugar, cleaning materials and dishwasher tablets are a huge bonus, A recommend visit to TirnaNog up on main road for a massage or just a browse in the enchanted shop is a must Will be back soon Yvonne

My family have just returned from a 3 night break at stable lodge. Lesley who greeted us was lovely and very helpful telling us all about the local area. The lodge is fantastic! It has everything you could possibly need and amazing views! Only negative was that the King size bed wasn't very comfortable,everything else was faultless. Great location for Loch lomond, we look forward to returning.

Stable Lodge is located in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The lodge itself is spotless, well stocked with everything that you may need and the decor is gorgeous. We particularly enjoyed the wood burner. There is also a large, secluded deck where we enjoyed bird watching, while taking in the impressive view. Lesley, the lodge manager made us feel incredibly welcome and was on hand for any questions. We would love to stay again. A fantastic getaway. Thank you.

Last minute booking when lockdown restrictions eased. Quick response to confirm booking and all the necessary information sent quickly. Lesley there on arrival to greet us and show us around. Very dog friendly, our golden retriever loved it. A lot of information provided on things to do, we managed to do some kayaking and hill walking. The lodge itself was cleaned to a very high standard, the towels and bedding are the same standard as you would find in a 4-5 star hotel. The bathroom again was very clean, good water pressure in the electric Shower, but slightly loud when switched on. The toiletries provided are of very high quality. My only negative was that we were woken up a wee bit early on one of the mornings by a tractor right outside the bedroom window, which I think is kept on site. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back again.

First time visiting Stable Lodge and certainly won't be the last. Very welcoming, very clean, with amazing views. The lodge was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and Leslie was very informative about activities and places to visit. The lodge comes with an enclosed dog area which was perfect for our dogs. Our dogs enjoyed it just as much and we can't wait to book up again next year.

My husband and I stayed here over Easter Weekend (accompanied by our dog). To say all 3 of us loved it is an understatement. Accommodation, scenery, facilities and all the little extras - Superb.
