This fully furnished unit has a large living room with a flat screen TV, complementary Foxtel Cable TV and high-speed wifi for fast web browsing and email access, your own washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, 2 King-size beds, a private Courtyard with outdoor dining, plus all the other essentials you'll need on your vacation. A king-sized bed in the main bedroom is one of the comfiest around and we have clean sheets awaiting every arrival. The master bedroom also features a flat screen TV & Foxtel, along with a private sliding door to enter/exit through. If you're travelling as singles, if it meets your requirements, we can change the bed into two King Singles. The second bedroom is also fitted under the same bedding setup, and can be changed from its existing King bed to two King Singles. This bedroom is air conditioned and has a wardrobe with plenty of storage. For versatility, we also have a spare proper single mattress that guests can use to sleep one more person, in addition to a baby cot. In the kitchen, a neat workbench is available to be used as your space to enjoy an indoor breakfast as you admire the sunrise over the sea; or use your laptop as you watch the waves role in. For your safety and security, all access keys are security coded and cannot be duplicated, other than by our nominated locksmith, which ensures that previous guests are not able to access the apartment after their stay has finished. Naturally - fresh linen & towels are provided. Apartments One, Three and Four in this apartment complex are right next to each other, with Apartment One being a single bedroom unit and Apartment Three and Apartment Four have two bedrooms. If you have an extended family situation, with two or more families or groups travelling together, where you want to be close together but with individual accommodation, this is the ideal location and set up. Each of these apartments have a private yard, which is fenced and gated, allowing for your privacy or for families to have the children stay close at hand, or spend time in the backyard or the sandy the beach. The Penthouse is very sunny and light, located on Level 2 with glorious sweeping views to the ocean and up and down the beach, overlooking the headlands at either end of the beach. Guest access We want our guests to feel welcomed and right at home. During your visit, please make use of our well equipped kitchen, read a book, swim and surf, watch dolphins and whales frolic as they pass by, go beach fishing and catch your dinner, or simply sit in the backyard or lounge in your own private yard, watching the water and experience the serenity of life. At night watch the Bilbies forage in the garden There is an abundance of birdlife; watch as a flock of Pelicans glide through the air, skimming the tops of the waves, the Sea Eagles and Hawks wheeling through the air and pouncing down for their dinner. To access your private apartment, the entrance is in the back garden walking directly into your private yard. After hours, Guests will be able to contact our onsite manager to collect keys. Directions will be provided in a follow up email after you have booked. For your safety and security, all access keys are security coded and can not be duplicated, other than by our nominated locksmith, which ensures that previous guests are not able to access the apartment after their stay has finished. In addition, we are available on our phones 24/7 and only live 15 minutes away for any issues you may have. There is a very popular woman's clothing shop next to the property, where keys can be picked up during business hours. Outside of these times, we will arrange for a key pickup for you. There is also a manager on site to assist you with any requirements or issues. If you would rather have no contact with us, we're fine with that too and will let you enjoy your stay in peace! This property is absolutely unique and conveniently located between Narrabeen and Collaroy. This part of the Northern Beaches in Sydney is like visiting a tropical oasis in the middle of a city of 5M people. Narrabeen lake is only 5 minutes walk away from the Coach house on the Beach; There is a world class walking and cycling path around the lake, with places to stop, have a picnic, free BBQs, go for a swim, watch the Black Swans The panoramic views of the coast and headlands are unsurpassed anywhere else in the world. The Coach house on the Beach allows for our guest who want to swim, but do not want to go in the surf in front of our property to walk to the Collaroy ocean pool or the Narrabeen ocean pool. The vista from the top of the Long Reef Headland, gives views from Manly to Gosford fishing in the area is fantastic

There are numerous public transport options; using the very good and efficient bus system, with stops next to the apartments, or taxis or Uber. near Car Rental, Driving takes around 35-45 minute to the city and is 60 minutes from Sydney Airport. Public Transport; There are bus stops on both sides of the road only a few metres from the property, with buses running regularly throughout the area, so transport won't be an issue whilst you're holidaying with us at the beach. Public Transport to the City and Airport; A bus will take around 20 minutes to Manly, 25 minutes to Palm Beach (Summer Bay), 50 minutes for an express bus to the city and 90 minutes from Sydney International Airport
