Apartment is clean spacious and had everything you could need. Pool area kept clean and was never busy when we went down. Balcony lovely to sit outside to eat and plenty of plates and cutlery. Supermarket is at the top of the hill but we walked it most days and it was fine even in the heat. We also used the bus a lot which was very handy (bus time table in apartment) and bus stop just outside apartment. The owner Ann was very helpful and always replied to my emails before our trip.

Thank you :) it is a lovely place and will be even better when the new supermarket opens just up the road. Having the bus stop close by is a real bonus too. Hopefully you will want to book again :)

perfect place to stay
the apartment is top in every way. Location is according to me fanstatic...
It is in and out the centre of Benalmadena. By car it is 5 minutes to the centre...
it was a very nice place and very clean. Wifi and airco and private swimming pool !!

A quality apartment in a neighborhood of similar buildings with a lovely sunrise view of a distant sea. A neat, clean and functional 2 bedroom place near all necessary services and facilities.
Would definitely recommend a stay.

Amazing holydays!
The apartment is perfect for a holydays with the family (we were with our 5 years old daughter). Not close to the beah but not too far (about 5 minutes by car).
A good terrace with views to the pool, which was so quiet to enjoy it. Many services quite close ti the apartment such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants and even a hospital. But the best thing of all were the managers of the apartment Ann and Nigel. They prepared all in the best way possible and even solved some problems that appeared really fast. They are really good and nice persons. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful apartment and very clean
Visited in July for 1 week with my daughter sister and mum. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds! Big appartment with a 2 minute walk to the swimming pool which was also very clean and not overcrowded.
Nice beach although surrounding area slightly touristy for me. If you go further along to the marina it's much prettier and lovely restaurants. Would highly recommend the steak restaurant.
There is lots to do in the area including a cable car, water park, parasailing and pedalows.
In the appartment things that would have been handy were sunbeds beach mats and umbrella. There could have been more kitchen utensils including bigger pans, garlic crusher etc.
Also in regards to the safe we couldn't use it due to the last number used having to be entered which we could not get hold of.
Overall a lovely holiday enjoyed by myself and my family.

Really amazing place and value.
This apartment is beautiful, clean and comes with everything you need for a great homely stay. Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time in bemalmadena and the help we got from Antony and the guys at the rental company couldn't have been better. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely good value for money. Clean and well presented.
As mentioned before we had no real complaints - the apartment itself was clean, tidy and well presented. It was quite light and airy inside with marble floors and nice modern furnishings. The bedrooms were clean and neatly presented and the beds themselves were comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenities that you would expect and need (i.e. bath/ shower etc) and was clean on arrival. The apartment was spacious enough for both my friend and I to move around in, as there were two of us. We spent most of our time either out and about exploring but when we were back we spent most of our time sat outside on the terrace / balcony area soaking up the sun and the view of the surrounding landscape. The kitchen area was clean and contained all the cooking amenities that we needed to prepare simple snacks and meals - although most evenings we ate out. The apartment is only a short walk away from the nearest gymnasium/bar the Bil Bil House if you fancy popping out for a drink or something to eat in the daytime or evening before heading off to somewhere a little busier. Plus there is a swimming pool situated in the outdoor courtyard of which we had a key to access when we fancied so that was nice to have that option. The only thing I would say is that because my friend and I were on foot as we didn't hire a car, we did find it a bit taxing to walk up to the nearest supermarket (Macedona) to gather supplies in the heat as you have to trek up a fairly steep hill to get to the main road. Walking back is not so bad as some of it is downhill but when you are carrying heavy bags full of water bottles and shopping etc I could imagine it would be a bit of a struggle for elderly or disabled folk. Having said this however I would definitely book this apartment again.

Fantastic Holiday
We arrived at the apartment and were pleasantly surprised, the apartment was both clean and stylish with everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one.
We travelled with a 6 and 14year old and there was plenty to do both in the resort itself and surrounding areas. We spent a lot of time at the pool and liked the fact that it was key access keeping the children safe and secure. The apartment was great for eating in and the layout is very sociable, the owners have succeeded with the furniture and décor in making you feel at home. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable ones we have ever had on holiday, this with the air conditioning ensured we had a relaxing nights sleep ready to tackle the next days adventure.
The bus service and taxi routes were great and reasonable prices, we ventured to the water park and Tivioli world which were enjoyed by us all. Would recommend this apartment to people of all ages and we are hoping to go back again next year.

Would go back anyday!
Absolute great place me my partner and our two children loved it, good size, clean and relaxing, shame the pool wasnt open in april as the weather was great and i would say a car is a must! Hopefuly will book again for next year!
