My husband and I spent a month in this classy Spanish styled, spotless, comfortable, well situated and well equipped two bedroom , two bath apartment and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We were thrilled with the morning views of the spectacular sunrise over the Mediterranean to the evening views of the twinkling lights of the town below. Thoughtfully, the host has even provided a drawer of maps and brochures to help plan your stay and discover what’s happening locally.
I would highly recommend buying a reloadable bus pass that is available from any tobacconist . We used the bus as our primary transportation to visit Malaga, the unforgettable town of Mijas,, the markets in nearby towns, the tapas cafes in the Pueblo and also used the pass some evenings to get back up the hill at the end of an exhausting day of exploration.
Being located in Bonanza Square is a plus, with it’s nearby bus stops, butcher, baker, pharmacy , grocery and many restaurants. Our favourite was El Cordero with it’s Spanish flair , affordable prices and yummy food. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as laughter from the pubs in the square can get a little loud in the late evenings if you are in the back bedroom.
We would be delighted to stay here again on our next visit to the Costa del Sol.
