This is a well-located property, fully equipped and well maintained with a homely feel. Pool is open in October which is a bonus. We are returning in 2023 which is probably the best recommendation we can give.

Estamos encantados con el alojamiento. Un piso cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. El piso estaba impoluto y desinfectado. Aire acondicionado en toda la casa y wifi exclusiva que iba perfecta. La casa tiene todos los utensilios y menaje que puedas necesitar. Una terraza con vistas al mar y la piscina, esta ultima con muy poca concurrencia, casi siempre la teníamos para nosotros solos. La playa esta a 10 minutos a pie y puedes ir andando a los sitios mas demandados (Arroyo de la Miel, Puerto Marina, etc.). Tienes todos los servicios justo al bajar del piso (Supermercado, Farmacia, Restaurantes, Peluquería, Heladería, Bazar, etc.) La Atención de Gary y Carmen de Sobresaliente, siempre pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. El propietario te deja toallas, tanto de aseo como para la piscina/playa. Además teníamos a nuestra disposición 4 tumbonas que nos vinieron genial para bajar a la piscina. Ahora sabemos el verdadero significado de la frase "Hogar lejos del Hogar". Repetiríamos sin duda alguna. Muchas gracias por todo Gary y Carmen.

My husband and I spent a month in this classy Spanish styled, spotless, comfortable, well situated and well equipped two bedroom , two bath apartment and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We were thrilled with the morning views of the spectacular sunrise over the Mediterranean to the evening views of the twinkling lights of the town below. Thoughtfully, the host has even provided a drawer of maps and brochures to help plan your stay and discover what’s happening locally. I would highly recommend buying a reloadable bus pass that is available from any tobacconist . We used the bus as our primary transportation to visit Malaga, the unforgettable town of Mijas,, the markets in nearby towns, the tapas cafes in the Pueblo and also used the pass some evenings to get back up the hill at the end of an exhausting day of exploration. Being located in Bonanza Square is a plus, with it’s nearby bus stops,butcher, baker, pharmacy , grocery and many restaurants. Our favourite was El Cordero with it’s Spanish flair , affordable prices and yummy food. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as laughter from the pubs in the square can get a little loud in the late evenings if you are in the back bedroom. We would be delighted to stay here again on our next visit to the Costa del Sol.

My husband and I are from Toronto Canada & we have stayed at this beautiful property several times now along with my brother and sister in law who live in the UK. I can't say enough about our dealings with Gary who makes the booking process a breeze along with his relative Carmen who is always there to greet us when we arrive. The location is ideal and within walking distance to the beach, the town and many great restaurants.We would highly recommend staying here and give it a well deserved 2 thumbs up 👍👍

Had a brilliant time in Gary’s apartment, travelled with 3 kids and they had a ball. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment has every thing we needed from comfortable sun lounger, towels, Carman even had fresh milk and water. Central location with plenty of restaurants.

Having stayed many times in Benalmadena we have to say that this was one of the best apartments we have stayed in! Gary was great with excellent communication and on arrival we were met by Carmen who showed us everything in the apartment and was really helpful. The apartment itself had everything you could want including English TV and air conditioning which was all included, It was beautifully clean with great beds and a nice balcony. Set in a fab location with everything close by. We will certainly be booking again!

We have been staying in apartments in Benalmadena for years and this is the best one we have ever been to. It is spacious and well equipped with all you need. The balcony is sunny with a lovely view and the lounge is very comfortable. The beds are great! It's so handy for shops restaurants and the beach and park. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Even though the weather was rather mixed we had a great time.

This was our second visit to Gary’s apartment .once again met by carmen like we were old friends.the weather was kinder to us this visit .Again the apartment is surrounded by bars ,restaurants, a butcher ,supermarket and pharmacy.A five minute walk down to Paloma park which is very beautiful to walk around and see all the Spanish family’s having picnics ,and another five minute walk takes you to the promenade.Linen always clean n fresh plus all the cleaning products we required .Once again another great stay at this superb apartment .

We were met by carmen and she was so helpful,showed us everything about the apartment she even set the a/c to heating for us .the apartment had everything we needed beds were super comfortable.Toileteriies and cleaning materials were in place ,kitchen roll, refusebags which was really helpful.Fabulous views from the balconies ,very central for bars cafes n supermarkets easy acsess for transport .Apart from the miserable weather we had a very enjoyable stay ,thank you Carmen and Gary .

I cant rate the place highly enough, Gary was first class with responding to me. the apartment was first class, spotless and in an ideal location. carmen was excellent going over all the details we have been at Benalmadena loads this was our first time staying here but wont be our last. many thanks to both Gary and Carmen for helping us having a great holiday
