Great holiday
The apartment was spotless, great location and we loved the pool. A few minutes walk to the beach and lots to do in the area. Has lots of home comforts and we would return as had a great holiday.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas en este apartamento. Ann un encanto, pendiente de todo. El apartamento súper limpio, amplio, y con todo lo necesario para sentirte a gusto. A dos minutos de la playa y con una piscina genial. Bares y tiendas al lado, eso si, recomiendo no comprar en los supermercados que quedan cerca,son un abuso en cuanto a precios. Mejor echar un rato en ir al mercadona que está a 10 minutos, en el apartamento hay un carro para la comprar y no cargar con bolsas. La tele tiene todos los canales en inglés, pero no fue un inconveniente ya que llevábamos nuestro google crome y lo enchufamos para ver alguna serie por las noches. Por poner algún inconveniente, que no hay parking, es mejor no mover el coche, tampoco es necesario, ya que hay de todo cerca. En definitiva, un 10,volveria sin ninguna duda. Gracias Ann por pensar en los inquilinos y sobre todo por cuidar el apartamento y mantenerlo limpio. Ah! Y gracias por el detalle del agua, la leche y todo lo que dejaste en el frigorífico para nuestra llegada. Es de agradecer.

Location Amazing
Location is amazing and the apartment is clean and well kitted out with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. The only problem was that the sun does not reach the balcony because of trees lining the street which is such a shame as everything else is perfect.

Just got back from a weeks stay at this apartment, everything was perfect from start to finish, the apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped for our stay, the air conditioning was very welcome as we had a very hot week, there's everything you need just minutes away, a trip on the dolphin cruise is a must was amazing and the walk around the marina is really nice, Ann the property manager was very helpful and answered our questions promptly it was just perfect in every way, thanks Ann x

Excellent choice for families
This apartment complex is very pleasant, safe and has beautifully arranged flowers and plants on the walkways. It is very close to the beach and many restaurants. There is a small supermarket and pharmacy right next door and large supermarket 15 minutes (uphill) away. It is right across from Paloma Park with free roaming chicks, roosters, and rabbits, which is a plus if you have small kids, but minus if you want to sleep in the morning (if you ever doubted that roosters are best alarm clocks, you would be reassured). There is a swimming pool within the apartment complex grounds, which is not that crowed and suitable for families with small kids. We haven't used it because we prefer the beach.
The apartment itself is very spacious with comfortable double bed (on the hard side) in the bedroom and pull-out sofa bed in the living room. It has a nice balcony, but since it faces the street it doesn't feel that private. The apartment is not new, but it is decently maintained, and has everything one needs at home.
Ann and her husband, the mangers, are very responsive, accommodating and helpful.
The only complaint ( at that's why 4 stars instead of 5) is the noise coming from other apartments and the street. We might have had a bad luck with loud neighbours (a big family) who would arrive around 1 or 2 am and continue their party in the apartment next door (or above) and only start preparing for sleep@ 4 am. It might be that we were not used to local timezone and timetable, but the isolation between apartments and from street was not that great.
Bottomline, if we ever go to Benalmadena again, we would probably stay at the same place because the apartment is nice and the location is perfect.

Little oasis!
La quintaPhase1 is located close to the sea front and within 50 metres of the beautiful Paloma Park.Within 2 minutes stroll there are numerous restaurants and small shops. Notwithstanding what initially looked like a busy and potentially noisy location, it wasn't. Once inside the apartment, which, was extremely comfortable and well presented, any external influences disappeared. Throughout our fortnight stay we enjoyed a restful and relaxing stay. The grounds of the development were kept immaculately, as was the pool area, which was clearly enjoyed but never seemed overcrowded or too noisy.
A magical little oasis of peace. Would stay again.

If you want perfect,this is the place.
I loved this apartment from the second I arrived.Private with lovely balcony where the sun shines in afternoon til night.The beach is 5 mins walk with the promenade lined with excellent cafes and restaurants and quite reasonable.Across the road is a beautiful park for everybody with lots of birds ,ponds and cafe.We also had private pool to relax.Lots of restaurants nearby and the Marino is nearby for trips and shopping.We visited Buddys,Malarkys and The Shamrock bars also.I will definitely look forward to another visit
