Nos encontramos el piso sucio, y tuvimos que pedir por dos veces que lo limpiasen. Eso sí, el propietario respondió. Lo mejor del piso es la situación, el edificio es elegante, la piscina bien mantenida y las vistas al paseo son perfectas. Lo peor, la mala conservación del piso, con objetos rotos, paredes y colchones sucios, bombillas fundidas, telarañas y cubertería oxidada. Y para colmo, cucarachas. El piso necesita un buen lavado de cara. Los baños sí que están reformados. Por 260 euros la noche, se debe ofrecer más. Y la limpieza es innegociable. Las fotos no muestran el estado actual del piso.

Fabulous spot
This was our second time visiting this apartment. We stayed here in July of 2017 also. I am happy to say that the apartment is still as fantastic as it was then. It is a stones throw from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk and with Port Aventura close by you couldn't ask for more. The apartment itself was hugely spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults. It was immaculately clean with every modern convenience you might require from a washing machine and dryer to high speed wi-fi. Will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect
Wonderful apartment with everything and more,location couldn't be better with spacious balcony overlooking the beach.The pool was perfect for our stay with two young children.Very helpful and friendly staff in shop "Melle" below apartment where we able to leave luggage after checkout .Great family apartment.

NOT FOR US
Stayed in June 2018 with an 8 month old and a three year old.
The positives first,the location and the view is great and the owner is obliging enough.
However the negatives are as follows:
On arrival we were shown the apt by a lady who had no English but that wasn’t a problem.
The kettle broke the first night so we had to go to a local restaurant to get hot water for our 8 month old. it was replaced the next day but we had to collect it from the boutique.
Second night the electric blind broke,we had to pay E85 to get it fixed.
The washing machine was leaking water all over the balcony.
Some of the sockets were fixed with cello tape.
The aircon is extremely noisy and there is condensation on the wall.
This is situated outside a really busy road so there are big busses stopping immediately outside the balcony all day and night so don’t expect to get a nice sleep.
On the Wednesday there was a full blown concert playing across the road until 3:30 AM so we had to stay in another hotel to catch up on our sleep.
The toilets are nicely decorated however the smell of Swerage from the first toilet was horrendous,we had to keep the door shut all the time.
On departure we were late on check out as we wanted our 8 month old to have a nap however a woman came to the apartment at about 12:30/1:00 banging on her watch roaring and shouting at us as to why we were still there,I have stayed in many places around the world and I have never been spoken to like that before.
I certainly WONT be returning.

thank you for your review, I'll take your views into consideration. We will fix those inconvenients rapidly and talk to the cleaning staff to avoid such behavior.
Unfortunately I cannot do anything with concerts played in front of the apartment and organized by the local council. 23th june in Catalonia is an important night and a lot of parties are organized in main places of the cities.

Really great place to stay!
Really enjoyed our stay here.
Property is right on the sea front. Access is via a pair of secure doors. Access is available via a ramp or a lift - ideal for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
Property has a large reception area. Large living room. Large kitchen. Hallway with access to a toilet, 3 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed. 1 room with a single bed. 1 room with 3 beds.) and a bathroom. No bath - only a shower. Balcony spans the entire building.
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc... Everything is available.
Property is secured by a burglar alarm.
Can’t find a fault with the place or the owner. Communication was great and easy. Owner speaks perfect English.
20 minutes from Reus airport.
Salou is great for families. Loads of restaurants, parks, supermarkets, beaches, places to walk, etc...
Would stay here again!

Dream fortnight
I don't think anyone else would have as good a time here as me and my family did. I say this because the quirky things about this'd apartment we fell on love with. Yes, the decor is old but it's has its own character. The owner (Eduard) is a lovely hap and very accommodating.The location is perfect, I mean perfect!
The view is something else. My family made the most of all the amenities nearby and there are too many positives to list, here are just some:
All the attractions at Port Aventura and for the nighttime are within walking distance
If there are any events on - they are right where this is located
A really handy gym across the road
The apartment itself is spacious and light
You have everything you need for a great time
Supermarket nearby
It's safe
It's secure
Transfer time from Reus is no time at all.
Private pool
You won't run out of things to do or see in 2 weeks.
You're in amongst other people who are for the main Spanish and many of them own their places there so it's a nicer more private feel to it than being lumped in with a load of other tourists (it worked for us anyway).
Etc etc
I will give some constructive feedback for both folk going there and perhaps to Eduard as well:
1. The nearest wifi is at Burger King (which was great for me as it meant I had more face to face conversations with our 3 kids) but folk may need to know this to take into consideration.
2. The shutters are old so we didn't use them.
3. Finally, the girls in the hop below (which doubles up as the office) are friendly but don't speak English which is not a criticism but an observation. I need to learn Spanish for next year as I will be booking here for my family again.

Wonderful location terrible apartment!
Well lets start with the good points....location and sun terrace. The location was perfect right in the centre and close to beach with a lovely sun terrace perfect for wine and people watching!!
Now for the bad points......the apartment was dirty. My mam had a drink of water as soon as she arrived and found mould in bottom of her cup and on closer inspection almost all of the cutlery and plates etc needed washing before we ate off them. The dishwasher was discustig inside and smelt when you opened it! We were left with a brush head with no handle so had to go out and buy our own. The white window blinds were hanging off the rails the air con leaked out of every air vent and the apartment was very damp especially the old armchair in the corner! The whole of the apartment was very dated and not at all like the pictures! We had a lovely week in salou and loved the location but we would never book this apartment again also on last point there was no toaster or dvd player as advertised!!

we apreciate your comments and we work to continue improving. I am sure this comments will help us in the future.
But let me explain my point of view. To clean the apartment we use an external company, if any guest in the past has found any problem they have reported and we have recleaned if necessary. If any guest found that something needed was missing we have bought and brought to them. You can read the previous reviews of sattisfied guests!
You didn't report anything of what you are telling here. And it was easy as we run a shop under the apartment opened the whole day, and you knew you could have gone there to claim whatever you needed. But youd didn't. So I guess you are telling this for another reason.
We want to grant our visitors a pleasent stay and we want people to come back every year if possible... so we would never give a dirty apartment or fornitures with problems without solving!!!

Fantastic apartment
We spent a week in this apartment. The location is very central and within easy reach of the beach, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was very spacious and had everything you could require for your stay. The owner was very accommodating and swiftly responded to any queries. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly book it again.

Ideal location
Ideal location for beach and resort. Apartment well kitted out . Slightly tired looking in bits but space and location make up for this .

Muy buena ubicación
Fuimos de vacaciones un grupo de 8 amigos, el apartamento tenia sitio de sobre incluso para dormir 2 personas más. La terraza es increible y el aire acondicionado central por toda la casa una maravilla. Al ser los primeros inquilinos de la temporada el lavavajillas y la lavadora olían muy fuerte y no las pudimos utilizar. Tuvimos problemas con las manetas de las puertas de los baños hasta el punto de llamar al cerrajero, pero el dueño fue muy atento y servicial y lo arregló en cuanto pudo. El apartamento con mucha seguridad y mucha limpieza. Finalmente hubo un problema e intentaron quedarse parte de nuestra fianza por una persiana que estaba rota y que no había sido culpa nuestra, aunque se solucionó.
