Wonderful Villa in Gran Canaria
Our extended family of 15 was staying in this villa for one week in January 2023. We were 9 adults and 6 kids in the age range of 1-10.
The booking process was smooth. Hans, the owner of the villa, responded to our questions very quickly. We also received a very comprehensive information package that included everything one might want to know regarding the villa and its equipment as well as a lot of tips on what to do on the island. Little closer to arrival we received further instructions for the check in and also a form to fill out for our wishes for bedroom arrangements.
The villa is amazing! It's just like the pictures make it look and even better. It suited perfectly for us and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again with such a big group. There were so much space that it never felt crowded and there's tons of things to do: lovely heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor gym, many tv:s, outdoor cinema, VR headset (which was very popular among us), arcade games, Xbox games, toys for children and so much more. We couldn't have hoped for half the things that Hans had equipped the villa with and we couldn't have had time to go through everything either in one week.
The kitchen is also very well equipped and there's a lovely outdoor BBQ. And certainly enough with kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery etc. even for bigger groups. For laundry, there's a washing machine.
We also booked a personal trainer through the host for one hour in the villa. It was a combination of Latin dance class and fitness circle. We certainly felt it the next day but it was a lot of fun.
The location is nice, on top of the hill with outstanding views to the ocean, especially from the two bedrooms upstairs. It is an exclusive neighborhood, so there's hardly any noise to disturb you. This is also expected from the renters of the villa, but we never had a problem with that. We could live a normal life during our stay.
We had one minor issue with one bed, but it was fixed promptly.
I can warmly recommend Hans as a host and his beautiful villa to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Gran Canaria.

Amazing Villa with views to die for and the best bar I've seen!
We have just returned from the villa and I have to say it is so well equipped and the photos don't even show how amazing it is. The best family or group villa you could ask for. Noise must be kept down after 10pm outside but the bar area and other rooms in the villa are well equipped for music or just playing games. The owner's communication and been outstanding and honest over the past year I've been arranging out trip. The local area is also fabulous with beaches and restaurants and a great SPA just down the hill. This house is indeed 5 stars. You must visit!

Fantastiskt härligt!
Ett mycket stort hus. Vi var 13 personer, men det kunde svalt många fler. Det finns otroligt mycket att göra så man har aldrig tråkigt - cykling, biljard, spel, gym.
Hans var en mycket bra värd och löste alla frågor vi hade, både inom huset men gav även många värdefulla tips.

Brilliant Villa with everything you need
Brilliant Villa with everything you need and a shopping centre 10 min walk away recommend very much 👍 Hiperdino and 2 spars in the shopping centre, the pool has lights for at night we didn't go to 1 bad restaurant and 16 people came the villa is equipped with lots it looks even bigger in person than on pictures. The island is beautiful with a rocky terrain and lots to do and everything is is about a 20 minute car ride and taxis are cheap so its better to get a taxi than to rent a car and the taxi rank is also 5 minutes away too. The projector outside is also brilliant for at night to watch films.

Wonderful place !
We stayed in the villa for a week with our family (14 people) and had lots of fun. The villa has room enough and offers a variety of things to do. The view on the ocean is great and the pool and jacuzzi offer water-fun for young and not so young. Owner Hans does his best to make you feel comfortable. Great place to explore Gran Canaria !

Villa stay for 12 golfers
Superb villa in hills above San Augustin. Was ideal for our group of 12 golfers, but would also suit an extended family, covering all ages.
Owner, Hans, has thought of everything. Complete games room , all the technology young kids like, and full wi-fi throughout.
Very well equipped. Never ran out of crockery, cutlery , glasses etc. The outside areas have plenty of seats, ideal for the evening chill-outs. Heated swimming pool and recently added jacuzzi complete the facilities
Great views down to the sea at San Augustin, which is a nice 10-15 min walk down the hill, but definite taxi back up, unless you super fit🤔.
Hans sorts out any issues immediate, and always on hand to help/advise restaurants etc.
Fairly priced, get it booked ….

Great Villa!
This Villa is awesome! It has everything you need and even more. The number of games, activities and things to do is insane. My friends and me really enjoyed the time here and we highly recommend the place.

Propietario estafador y amenazas continuas
Experiencia MUY MALA. Casa de ensueño donde iban a ser unas vacaciones de ensueño. El dueño a parte de visitar la casa todos los días durante nuestra estancia, incluso quedándose a cenar sin invitación, amenaza de manera reiterante con echarnos de la casa a la fuerza si fuera necesario trayendo "gente mala" si no cumplíamos alguna de las muchas normas que tiene en el contrato. Se queda con la fianza sin dar más explicaciones que la de molestias con los vecinos. No recomiendo la estancia en esta casa mientras este señor siga siendo el propietario.
