Acogedor apartamento con piscina comunitaria en Torviscas Alto a pocos metros de Centro Comercial Gran Sur y Club Spa Termal, próximo a los parques acuáticos Aqualand y Siam Park y zona de ocio en Playa de las Américas y Los Cristianos. A tan solo 10 minutos de la playa, disfrutando de una gran tranquilidad.
El apartamento tiene 50 metros cuadrados y una terraza de 20 metros. Consta de una cocina totalmente equipada, un salón con sofá-cama (190x140), baño muy amplio con secador de pelo y lavadora, dormitorio muy espacioso con cama grande.
La propiedad cuenta con piscina y zona solarium donde tomar el sol disfrutando de las vistas al mar.
Hay internet fibra y smart TV.
Un apartamento para divertirse y estar cómodo como en casa.

Wow Wonderful Stay
The apartment is excellent so much more than we expected. We had to rearrange due to Covid from December 2020 and David held our deposit so that this could be used for this trip to celebrate our Ruby Anniversary . David is a brilliant host all the communication was speedy and he provided step by step info for our arrival and arranged a taxi from the apartment to the airport everything was simply and easy. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a lovely patio area to sit outside for breakfast or have a drink. The whole complex is very safe and the pool area so clean and peaceful, at times we were the only ones there. David provided details of places to eat and visit. The apartment is 10-15 minutes from the beach and lots of bars and restuarants so ideal if you want nightlife close by. Cant wait until we can return hopefully in September

Excellent
The apartment was very well equipped and in an excellent location. A fabulous Balkan restaurant only 300m away and a supermarket around the corner. Pool was never busy and a refreshing dip before a nighttime bite in the many restaurants within a 15 minute walk. David was an excellent host and was very helpful. Would definitely go back.

Home From Home In The Sun
My wife and I were very lucky to secure a five night stay, that became seven nights from the 6th March 2020 until 13th March 2020.
Booking the apartment was simplicity itself and the communication between David and ourselves prior to arrival was wonderful with no language issues.
We took advantage of the offer to be collected by Javier at the airport and he brought us to the apartment in the shiniest Fiat I have ever seen. He drove safely and efficiently.
Once at the apartment he explained all the amenities and how everything worked.
The apartment is very well appointed. A lovely place to sit outside whilst we had our breakfast, brilliant shower and full size bath.
There was even a top loading washing machine that means you don't need to take as much clothing as you can wash items simply. Of course they dry on the veranda whilst you enjoy your day.
The bedroom was lovely and quiet with the quietest air-conditioning unit I've ever used.
The lounge area has a large screen TV and there is even Netflix included. We took advantage of this and even watched a couple of episodes of our favourite box sets.
The whole apartment complex is super secure with gated entry.
The pool area was particularly clean and lovely, we used it daily.
The area that the apartment is in is one of our favourite parts of the Island. Nearby there is a SuperDino supermarket, Pizzeria, car hire office and a restaurant that provides great value meals.
A little over fifteen minutes’ walk down hill and you are at Playa Fanabe the beach area and more restaurants to choose from. We like the Argentinian Steak House, and the Winchester Pub does the best breakfasts ever.
There is a bus stop outside the apartment and the 424 goes straight to Aqua Land, Siam Park and Siam Mall before eventually going to Los Christianos.
Javier kindly WhatsApp’s us the timetable, however my top tip is use Google Maps. Put your destination in and choose public transport as your preferred means of travel and you'll be told when and where the nearest bus is at.
The bus to Los Christianos was one euro forty five each way. Taxis are plentiful and you can walk into the beach area and then five euros cuts out the uphill walk.
The communication between Javier was wonderful. We had booked five nights and due to a slight issue needed to stay and additional two. Contacted Javier and as the apartment was not let until the day of our new departure he allowed us to stay for a little bit more cost.
All in this is an exceptional little find and one that we intend to use again and again.

Home from Home.
The Apartment is in a complex up a hill in Adeje it is on the ground floor with just one apartment on the floor above it. It is very nicely decorated and has everything you can need for cooking etc. The tv has netflix to view and a good wifi signal. There is a terrace outside with an awning overhead which was nice to have breakfast lunch or dinner outside. There is a communal pool with sunbeds and umbrellas which was nice. To walk down the hill into Torviscas would take us about 15 minutes but there are bars closer, just round the corner was a restaurant called the LA 360 the food was good and the price was reasonable, there is also a small bar called the Union bar which was nice for a drink. It was David one of the owners who we were in contact with for the booking he was excellent and even sent us a video by whatsapp on the route from the airport which was a nice touch and he was there to meet us! he even sent us a message when we landed welcome to Tenerife and told us where he would be waiting for us he gave us the keys and gave us lots of imformation of the apartment and the surrounding area . We really enjoyed our stay and could definitely recommend staying there. The walk back up the hill is quite strenuous but i'm 61 and my wife is 59 and we did it twice a day! but you could always get a taxi back.

Playa de lad Américas and comfort
Just home after spending 4 weeks in this beautiful apartment it is well located although up a hill taxis’s cost 3.15 euro from Fañabe not worth walking back up the hill. We always walked down then got a taxi back although we did walk back a few times. Large supermarket close buy.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained the pool area was good it was very quiet frequently there was only us at the pool.
David and Javiar were wonderful hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
Nearest resort just a 10 mins walk and had lots of good restaurants.
Will certainly return

Lovely apartment
Stayed here for 9 nights apartment was really good with everything you needed. Javier was waiting for us when we arrived he showed us around what a lovely man he is. We locked our passports and money away in the mini safe on the first night and then the following morning we could not open the mini safe so we messaged javier and within 2 hours he was there with a key, the batteries had come out from the back of the safe door. The pool area is lovely, spotlessly clean and you get the full sun it’s nice and relaxing. There is a huge suppermarket about a 10 minute walk from the apartment and a Burger King at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again the only downside is the hill going up to the apartment but it’s fine. Only €4 in a taxi from finabbe strip. All in all had a great holiday and enjoyed the sunshine.

excellent clean well equipped apartment
Stayed for 5 nights for a weekend - excellent apartment - great welcome and able to drop bags off as arrived before check in time.
Easy to find apartment and had great instructions prior to arrival, including a video of how to get to apartment
All fully equipped with necessities and fantastic extras including welcome pack. Very clean and modern and its clear the owner was rightly proud of his lovely apartment. Supermarket and shoppimg centre nearby to stock up, meant we stayed in for 2 nights after long days out - able to relax, cook dinner and watch Netflix
Apartment is 20 mins walk from the beach - slightly uphill as expected for Tenerife. Good range of bars and restaurants on the walk to and from beach and all along beach front.
Had a great stay and would recommend this apartment highly

Fantastic modern well furnished apartment, lovely quiet pool, on a steep hill however there is a bus and taxi terminal right outside the door but we walked down most days and got taxi back, free WiFi and Netflix if you want to stay in and chill, would definitely recommend and we will book again, thank you to David and Javier for letting us your apartment .

Enjoyable stay
Just back from staying at this lovely apartment. The owners were very helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay.
The apartment had all essentials and more....the welcome pack provided was a lovely touch. My son enjoyed the use of the smart TV which included Netflix. The apartment has a very homely feel and is very up to date.
We enjoyed the use of the pool and considering we were there in peak season it was never overly busy and always had plenty of sunbeds to use.
We visited Siam Park which is very close by and we used a taxi from the taxi stop right outside apartment. There is also a bus stop right outside too. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.
All in all an enjoyable stay and would definitely return to this apartment if visiting Tenerife in the future. Thank you David and Javier.

El apartamiento se encuentra ubicado en Torviscas Alto. Su situación da la posibilidad de tener unas bonitas vistas desde la zona de la piscina y desde bares y restaurantes cercanos. Se puede ver toda la zona de montañas y playa al mismo tiempo.
Es una zona silenciosa y adecuada alejada del ruido, pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. Para ello hay una parada de taxi justo enfrente del apartamento.
