We've just had our 2nd visit to this wonderful apartment. We had 6 weeks in January/February where, on the whole, the weather was warm and sunny. We had 4 days of storms in the 2nd week of being in Mojacar. The apartment was really comfortable, especially during these few days, where we could make the most of the spacious lounge and watch UK TV, play board games and take time to read books. The apartment is a bit of a climb,being on the top floor and no lift....kept us fit. Also the walk from the beach is a bit of a hike up a hill. Conveniently, there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill that takes you along Mojacar Playa to Garrucha or you can go up to Mojacar Pueblo, which is one of the most fantastic places we've been to. The views are absolutely wonderful, with lovely restaurants and bars. Another bonus with Mojácar Pueblo is that there is a municipal swimming pool, which also has a gym. If you like walking, this place is for you. So many lovely walks to explore. If you take the road just behind the apartment, you can walk over the hill to Mojacar Playa and experience the wonderful views. We think that Mojacar is one of our most favourite places in Spain and to be able to stay in Jerry's apartment whilst there just makes everything more special. The views from the apartment are awesome and you are able to enjoy them from the large balcony, where we had breakfast and lunch most days. All in all, the apartment has everything you need and is like home from home.

Third time we have stayed at this apartment and it does not disappoint. Far reaching sea views, close to the beach and equipped for an easy stay. Comfortable bed and lovely large terrace ideal for eating or sunbathing.

We stayed in this east facing comfortable apartment for 6 weeks in January. There was everything you needed, home from home. Beautiful views of the sea and mountains from 4th floor. There is no lift up to the apartment, so good for the fitness. Also if walking from the promenade, it is a bit if a hike up hill, again good for keeping fit! For us, it was an ideal position, as out of the town. Nice and quiet amongst the other apartments. The walk to the main part of Mojacar Playa is just over 30 minutes along the well kept promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Buses run every half hour along Mojacar Playa and upto Garrucha, which is another nice seaside town to visit. Also buses upto Mojacar Pueblo with the most fantastic views. All bus trips at a cost of 1.20€, bargain. Looking forward to booking the apartment again next year.

Very nice apartment well equipped for holiday rental with stunning view. Good location at the quieter end of the resort and within 10 minute walk downhill to beach & local bus service. However feel that car is a must in this area. Enjoyed a relaxing quiet break and made the most of the larger terrace and sea view. Would return

The apartment is very spacious with a large half shaded terrace. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of pans, cutlery, glasses etc. and a good oven and hob, which is important to us as we like to self cater. The bedroom and lounge both have air con which was good as the weather was hot and sunny for all of our stay. We had a great welcome when we arrived and the apartment was very clean. The only slight drawback is it's on the fourth floor, so plenty of steps, but well worth it for the view! We would certainly rent this apartment again.

Como dije arriba el piso precioso Pero la ubicación mala mo hay ningún servicio tienes que u utilizará el coche para todo , el piso está en la falda de una monita luego no en riendo pisos nuevos y sin ascensor un cuarto los coches para aparcar sufre mucho el embrague y el freno de mano porque sino el coche se os va yo no lo recomendaría el piso y ha dicho el piso es precioso muy bien cuidado muy limpito todo lo que podáis imaginar una terraza impresionante pero yo no volvería ni recomendaría a nadie

Me gustó mucho el sitio, el apartamento genial, equipado de todo, con espacio para cinco personas, muy acogedor, con preciosas vistas y super tranquilo.Lo único, que hay que subir muchas escaleras. El acceso a la playa es mejor en coche,a sólo cinco minutos, andando unos quince.La piscina muy bien, aunque no hay socorrista ni sombra alguna hasta la tarde. El año que viene quizá repita.

We originally booked the apartment for 1 month but due to having such a great time here in Mojacar we have decided to stay on for another 4 weeks. The apartment is brilliant. It has every thing you could possibly need to make it a home from home. In our first week the washing machine broke down but after contacting Julie & Bill who look after the apartment for the owner it was quickly replaced with a brand new one at no inconvenience to ourselves. The apartment is spacious, the main feature being a lovely big, well furnished balcony, with magnificent uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. A couple of days ago at breakfast we were excited to view a large pod of dolphins swimming off shore!! The complex the apartment is in is at the far end of Mojacar Playa, above a lovely beach and as such is free from the development which is going on in other parts of the town. It is peaceful and relaxing. If you want bars and restaurants they are just a short walk or drive up the sea front, they certainly won't disturb you in the apartment or on the balcony. We had our car with us and it was certainly useful as the main supermarkets are not really within walking distance. It is also nice to be able to get out and about to experience all this lovely area of Spain has to offer. We found lots of beautiful mountain and coastal walks which we thoroughly enjoyed and there are many small hill villages around to which you can explore. However, if you don't have a car, there is a bus service which runs to various locations from the entrance to the complex. The fares are not expensive....a flat fee of 1.20 euros per trip. Other guests have mentioned the steps up to the apartment. It is true, the apartment is on the top floor, but this is what makes the view so spectacular and of course being on the top floor and having no immediate neighbours either side contributes to the privacy and quietness. All in all, as you can tell we are really enjoying our time at this apartment and certainly hope to return again in the future.

Mojacar veramente stupenda bellissima passeggiata,ordinata pulita, il residence in una posizione strategica l'alloggio 4 piano senza ascensore ma dopo il primo giorno ci fai l'abitudine dal terrazzo panorama mozzafiato. Per il periodo caldo un'esposizione ideale un po meno per l'inverno quando alle 15 sparisce il sole. Un suggerimento per il proprietario: aprire le tapparelle prima dell'arrivo del cliente, cambiare lo split della cucina che un Po vecchio non funzionava bene come quello della Camera.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment with large terrace to sit and admire the sea view. As others have said there are stairs to climb but manageable and worth it for the view. Lovely little beach at foot of complex which is walkeable but admit we did use car to go up and down and also to the restaurants. A quiet and peaceful location.
