The stunning Chalet Cala Murta (CASA BITACOLA -ETV/8219) is located within a short walk of Porto Cristo which is a pretty seaside town with bustling restaurants, bars and shopping. It is also a short drive from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy in Manacor. The house itself is located in an upmarket quiet residential neighborhood nestled between the Sa Torre del Falcons tower where you can enjoy cliffside views of the sea and Cala Murta which is a stunning bathing spot. There are beautiful panoramic sea views from the multiple fully furnished terraces of the house where you can enjoy outdoor dining as well as spectacular sunrise and sunsets and astounding star gazing. The house itself is located in an upmarket quiet residential neighborhood nestled between the Sa Torre del Falcons tower where you can enjoy cliffside views of the sea and Cala Murta which is a stunning bathing spot. There are beautiful panoramic sea views from the multiple fully furnished terraces of the house where you can enjoy outdoor dining as well as spectacular sunrise and sunsets and astounding star gazing. The house which has seen many recent upgrades, measures more than 500 sq.m. and has 6 double bedrooms including bunkbeds in one bedroom and 4 bathrooms as well as a well equipped kitchen. The highlight is a large BBQ room which opens out directly onto a swimming poolwhich has just been completely refurbished and measures 12x4m. The house is cocooned within lush tropical landscaped gardens. There is a separate office space and high performance fibre optic wifi available throughout the house. On site there is parking for two cars behind remote control operated gates and additional free on street parking. There are full laundry facilities. The very large swimming pool is occasionally shared with the neighboring house but there is ample space for everyone and there is a pergola private to the house where you can shade on the numerous sunbeds. In the months of July and August the pool will be for the EXCLUSIVE USE of our guests. The villa is cleaned thoroughly by a professional cleaning company. This is without any doubt an ideal house for a fabulous family vacation. The access to the house is through an electric gate. There are two private parking spots inside and plenty of free street parking. On the plot there are two villas, which share the outdoor area and swimming pool, the attached villa is not always occupied. Smoking prohibited on site. Singles parties are not permitted TOURIST TAX not INCLUDED +2€/night per adult (from 16 years). Heating NOT included it is optional and has an extra cost, ask us before booking. Villa Cala Murta
We had a great stay at the Villa Cala Murta. It's huge, has a good size swimming pool and the location is great, being only a few minutes walk from an awesome little cove which is great for snorkeling. The agent (Cati) is super helpful too. All in, a top stay was had by all..
