Lo primero....no he llegado a ir a la casa.
Reservé en agosto esta casa para ir en diciembre....lo primero que pregunté fue cual era la política de cancelación y me dijeron que 60 días antes del día de llegada. Reservé y pagué una fianza de 205 euros. Al cabo de un mes vi que no iba a ser posible ir en diciembre y cancelé la reserva.....Y entonces, Tripadvisor me envía un mensaje automático en el que dice que no se me devuelve nada después de 24 h de que el propietario acepte la reserva...tras varios mensajes solo obtuve respuestas automáticas.... Me puse en contacto con el propietario, que la verdad muy amable y me devolvió 148 euros, que es lo que él había recibido..... el resto, todavía estoy esperando....creo que la agencia de alquiler era Niumba, pero yo lo hice a través de Tripadvisor y es imposible ponerse en contacto con ellos y que te respondan de forma no automática. Me parece engañosa la forma en la que te explican la política de cancelación en la página de Tripadvisor y luego, nadie responde. Nunca mas alquilaré a través de esta página.

Lovely stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our 18 night stay in this villa. Although we ate out a lot as there were so many good restaurants nearby, it was very well equipped for self catering which isn't the case in many places. We hope to be able to return later in the year.

Lovely relaxing villa.
The lovely Villa Marga is a spacious and comfortable villa. It is in a fab location close to shops, bars and the beach .Only 10 minutes into main strip.(taxi €3)
The pool and garden are were extremely spacious and not looked over at all .
We all felt very at home in the villa and enjoyed sitting in the small glass conservatory during the evening.
Juan the owner was very helpful and checked everything was ok during our visit .
I would definitely recommend this villa .

Enjoyable First Visit to Fuerteventura
Well located villa. Great pool area with lots of sunbeds and seating.
Clean and tidy inside with comfy beds and lots of hanging space. Only downside is no air-conditioning which was fine in March but would be needed later in the season.

Good location
A great location for the shopping center, beach and the main shopping street, all of which are about 10 minute walk away.
The garden is a good size and gets sun all day, although a shame it is not all paved as the evening sun is to the front and it is only gravel there which is hard on the feet and gets in your sandals! Plenty of sun-chairs. Pool is good size but might be a bit deep for young children, I am 5'4 and could only stand tiptoe.
The villa is well equipped but could do with some more mugs and glasses, for the two of us it was fine but if more people you could struggle. I would think that for 6 adults it could be a bit cramped but if for adults and children it would be fine.
The bed was very comfy. There is WiFi which is useful. The sofas were lovely and comfortable of which one was a sofa-bed. There is a conservatory which was very useful as sometimes a bit too windy to sit and eat outside and great for the evenings. There is also off road parking. Very quiet area which was nice. It is on a main road with constant traffic but it really didn't intrude on the peace and quiet.
There is a dishwasher and washing machine but we didn't use these, microwave, iron and hairdryer.
We had a lovely stay here and would come again.

Great Villa
Really nice villa with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a good size living space. The pool is a good size with a depth of 1.5m throughout. The external area is also very nice and large in size with plenty of sunbeds. The villa has a lot of equipment including a washing machine and had everything we needed. The location is a 5 minute walk to the campanario shopping centre and a 15 minute walk into town, even nicer when going via the beach front.
Would definitely recommend this villa.

Fabulous villa
I stayed here with my husband and two children. This is simply one of the best villas we have stayed in. Firstly - the location is ideal- it's a five minute walk to the nearest shop and to the coastal path. This was great as we loved to walk along the path to the beach and into corralejo for our evening meal. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we could want or need. The beds were very comfortable and we had lots of towels available to use. There are two bathrooms which was great and the lounge area was very spacious. Whilst we didn't cook when staying there, the kitchen was well equipped and there is a BBQ in the garden. The biggest appeal to us was the large garden. The pool was great for the kids and there's lots of open space and vegetation. You're not overlooked and it's very relaxing lying around on the sunbeds during the day.
We would not hesitate to return to this villa - perfect in every way

Perfect stay in Villa Marga
We absolutely loved our stay in villa Marga. It was spotless clean, spacious and had all the equipment that you would need for a self catering holiday ( oven, dishwasher, washing machine,toaster, lots of utensils and cutlery). We were provided with fresh towels and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. Also we were given a cot and a high chair for our baby (special thank you to Juan). The pool was nice and clean, with sun lounges and umbrella.villa is located in a quiet residential area, a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach and high street with shops and restaurants. Also there was a small shopping centre nearby with cafes and good supermarket for all essentials.
Juan was very helpful and always quickly responded to our calls/ messages.
Thank you for a lovely holiday and great service!

Piacevole soggiorno
In 2 coppie abbiamo alloggiato qui ad agosto. Casa molto bella e spaziosa, senza alcun rumore di disturbo, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il supermercato è a 5 minuti a piedi. Inoltre c'è anche il posto auto riservato. Non do il pieno dei punti poiché la casa non era molto pulita (polvere su molte cose) e abbiamo avuto uno spiacevole incoveniente con le blatte. Per il resto, ottimo soggiorno.
