The location is amazing - very private! Oceanfront access with a beautiful deck with outdoor kitchen and bar. This is perfect for large groups. There was 11 of us and we had an amazing time. Charter boat excursions to Culebrita were literally two docks down from our dock. A must do! Alex (the owner) was a great host. I've vacationed to Culebra several times at various locations but this was by far my favorite place and best experience. We'll definitely be staying here when we visit again!

Happiest place on earth
The villa is absolutely perfect for getaways ... more than enough room for our 8 person family trip. We spent our days at the various beaches and our nights barbequing at the grill and cooking at the outdoor kitchen. Youll spend more time outside than you will inside with the set up... its a fantastic spot to visit and alex is a super attentive host. You will love this place!

Perfect Vacation Rental for your trip to Culebra!
This was my 3rd time visiting Culebra is the last 4 years, and this was by far my favorite trip to date. Villa Pelicano Oceanfront House Rental was absolutely perfect. The Host (Alex) was extremely helpful in the booking process and he also provided plenty of great island recommendations and insight. I stayed at the Villa Pelicano for 5 nights and explored much of the island during my stay.
About the House:
-Great location: (only a 4-5 minute drive to the center of town), its on the water which is amazing thing to wake up to every morning. I would usually start my day by making a cup of coffee and sitting on the end of the dock. Some of the most beautiful beaches and snorkeling locations are all within 2-20 minutes from the house.
-Great amenities: Beach coolers were available to use (which definitely came in handy). Having the kayaks at my disposal was another great addition! I went for multiple sunset or sunrise kayak paddles. Right from the end of the dock I was able to paddle out to a beautiful sandbar at the mouth of the harbor (cano quebrado). Plenty of kitchen utensils, TVs, WIFI (worked perfect), AC (worked great), a ton of beautiful outdoor seating and patio areas (Hammocks, Tables, Chairs, etc.).
Would highly recommend staying at Villa Pelicano. When I go back I will definitely be staying here again!
Alex was the perfect host and made sure we were well taken care of.

I am a resident of San Juan Puerto Rico
A year before Hurricane Maria did not return to Pelican Villa Culebra
My experience of this stay has been very positive
Since the house is much more than I expected to find after such a strong hurricane
The owner is careful to maintain the house in A + conditions, its surroundings and the vegetation is in its best state without forgetting the natural beauty of the sea
Definitive patch this place
I will return again with my family.

Perfect Paradise Getaway
I am Puerto Rican born and raised. I have visited most of what Puerto Rico has to offer, but this trip to Villa Pelicano has proven to me that there is a lot more I have to explore and learn about my island. The house is perfectly located, it has a personal dock for your boat, quite, spacious, cozy, you name it. It has everything we were looking for and even more. Highly recommended. We will visit again and soon!

Spring break in Culebra- Villa Pelicano
The outdoor space in the house is amazing. The kitchen and dock were redone, and look beautiful. The kayaks and life jackets were in constant use, so fun!!
We were a party of 12, 6 kids, 6 adults. We fit comfortably in the house. The roosters woke everyone up quite early, but seems they’re all over the island. The inside kitchen could use an upgrade.
The host was super accommodating and very attentive.
The view, peace and tranquility is truly what Culebra is about. Leave everything behind and get into “island time.”

Villa Pelicano
First time in Villa Pelicano and it was wonderful experience! We were a group of 15 people and we had a blast! The house was clean when we got there and the communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed the bar and kitchen with great view to the water. We used the BarBQ to cook lobster and fish that we bought from a local fisherman. The place has kayaks, hammocks and plenty of seating. It is comfortable and we will definitely would love to go back as soon as possible. Amazing experience and that's what I called a real vacation!!!

Amazing Place
What a beautiful place! The architecture and unique layout make this a great vacation villa for anywhere in the world. On the water in Culebra, it is stunning.
The upper floor has four bedrooms with large open kitchen, dining and living areas surrounded by windows, overlooking the water. Downstairs is a two bedroom apartment set up with laundry room and outdoor living space. Hammocks everywhere. Stepping across from that living space you have a large outdoor kitchen and deck. We made breakfast and lunch there every day. Continue down the terrace to the outdoor dining room. Just gorgeous. You'll spend most of the evenings into the night sitting on the deck space.
We traveled with another family, and between us our children range from 16 months to 17 years old. We had tons of room, and would have felt the same with a much larger group. This place is great for traveling with others and lends itself very well to entertaining.
It is close to all of the beaches and other attractions. Mostly because this is a small island and everything is close. We used taxis the first day, then switched to a jeep and golf cart. That worked very well.
The owner is great to work with, and made this an easy choice for us. I can't imagine a better rental on the island.

Mother's Day Weekend Gift
Out family of 13 stayed at Villa Pelicano for the weekend. It was our family gift to my mother in law. Each room was a perfect fit for all of us. Spacious outdoor terrace was the perfect place to relax and hang out after a day at the beach. We loved the open living/kitchen/dining area were you can cook and watch the kids at the same time. One of the best features for us was the great dock and the easy access to park boats. Kids also loved the kayaks! Thanks Alex for such a wonderful weekend! We will be back soon!
