Very nice

Mel's condo is in the middle of town and within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. The IGA grocery store is across the street so you can stock up on items after you arrive. The condo is on the second floor so if stairs are a issue, this property is probably not for you. There is internet but no cable or local TV. This wasn't an issue for us but it might be for someone else. Overall, our stay was great and I would consider renting this unit in the future

My friend and I had a nice quiet weekend. Walking distance to everything. Well stocked unit.

Mels place was perfect for what we were looking for! A home base for my wife and son . And my friends wife and son to go clam digging, bowling, and Seafood eating for the weekend. All within walking distance! I highly recommend Mel's Place . Thanks Mel!

The property was located in town, close to everything. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. There is no outdoor space or view to enjoy, but inside was great. If there was ocean view it would be perfect. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this nice little condo. Fantastic price for the two of us, I loved how comfortable the bedrooms felt. We didn't use the individual TVs in there, but it was nice to have the option. Kitchen was nicely stocked, we had no problems finding what we needed. And the location is perfect, you can walk to just about anything! Would love to stay again in the future!

Perfect location in center of the OS primary district, across from the only grocery store, and close to other shops, restaurants, etc. Easy access to all beach accesses, and to points north and south. Beds were very good. Shower nice with a detachable head if desired. Clock on kitchen wall missing a battery. Dishwasher is a relic and should be replaced due to broken items inside, but 'may' work. We bought and left a pizza cooking pay and roller cutter, as these items were not found in the unit. Enjoy your stay...it's a nice unit...on the second floor of a commercial building.
