The fishing pond across the street at Kalepolepo is always safe and lovely no matter how high the surf gets in the afternoon with the trade winds. We found the location to be excellent - we used the Maui Bus as much as possible - the walk south to catch the southbound Kihei Islander #10 is better than catching it north of the condo. Take the bus to Keawakapu Beach and save yourself the hassle of driving and the chance there may not be parking. Great communication with Tracy when we ran low on TP - had refill rolls within 30 minutes. Lovely to have the very clean and quiet pool/jacuzzi for the afternoons when the surf was high and winds were blowing sand on the beach. Road in front of condo was busy but the noise machine set to beach waves blocked most of the noise and we slept well.

We had such a lovely time staying at Tracy's place. Super clean and incredibly detailed with everything you need down to the mood lighting. So many fun surprises! We felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Tracy communicated so well and was always available if we needed anything. There were definitely some days during our 10 day trip where we need to rest and I'm so grateful we chose Tracy's place. High end linens and towels. A beauitful view of the ocean across the street. And, I did not see a bug the entire time which was a huge bonus for me! Gorgeous little entry way with a full garden in the complex. Pool, hot tub, laundry, grills, your own patio - all available! This was our first trip to Maui and we booked Tracy’s based on the positive reviews. We were not let down. The condominium has everything you need for a great vacation: beach chairs, umbrella, games, books about Maui, coolers, etc. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening watching the sunsets. We’ll be back!

Tracy's place was amazing! Very clean, extra amenities, nice notes around the home. She provided us with chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to make our days at the beach complete. I wanted to extend an incredible thank you to Tracy and her housecleaner Darcey who found and returned my diamond earrings that I realized I left behind once we arrived at the airport. Tracy was so responsive and her cleaner Darcey took great care to package and mail them back to me. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, and even greater kindness in helping return my earrings! Tracey’s is the place to stay when your in Maui. Perfect accommodations & location. The unit has so much to offer. Sparkling clean and lots of extra touches. Bed is super comfortable. AC works great. Full kitchen too. It’s the perfect distance from everything you need to see & do!

We were fortunate enough during our stay to enjoy time in every one of Tracy's dream condos! We had to do a lot of condo juggling as we extended our stay on Maui. But it was great cause now we know a little bit about all of them, and they are awesome! There is so much eye candy in this condo (and all of them really) that you just feel like giggling when you walk in the door. I don't believe we have ever walked in to another owners set of condo's where the first word out of our mouths was a collective "WOW". I'm sure Tracy hears this all the time. The bed is so dreamy, I never wanted to leave it, but yanno.... I had to eventually go turn off the lava lamp to go to sleep. (I know right?) It was like a fantasy retro/modern condo, we just loved it so much. The kitchen and the whole condo are stocked with everything you could ever want or need. I mean.... spices, tp, paper towel, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body washes. And not those little hotel sample sizes either. Higher end products! We clearly over packed the first time we ever stayed at one of Tracy's places cause she clearly provides way more than your standard condo owner would. Its like you are staying at the Four Seasons.... only in a funky beautiful modern, beachy condo! We just can't say enough. The pictures are up to date. Any time anything gets a little worn, Tracy is running around fixing up everything. (or Doug the resident maintenance guru is) She really stays on top of her places. We just love that there is a cupboard to pay it forward. One can leave a cpl items for the next guests if they so choose, and others do the same for you. People are so kind when they leave. We stayed in 5 of Tracy's condos and I don't think we bought butter, oils, or salad dressings even once during our 3 weeks. I don't know how she manages this but zero bugs in the condos, or geckos. I've never ever experienced that in Hawaii. We will never stay anywhere else when we are on Maui. Once you have been spoiled at this level, theres no going back. Mahalo Tracy!

The condo, #157 , owned by Tracy was outstanding. We’ve stayed at many condos in FL and this one was by far the best. Great location, fully stocked like no other and at a fair price.

We have rented this same condo every time we visit. It is beautiful, comfortable and is supplied with everything you could possibly need for your visit. Tracy is fantastic to work with and goes above and beyond for you. We will continue to rent from her. She has lots of information available for her guests to help with their visit. We love it here!

This is the 4th year in a row that I have rented from Tracy. She is the most amazing host, and if you are able to find an opening for your Maui stay, you will be so pleased that I cannot even put it into words. She has thought of EVERYTHING. Before you stop for supplies, go to the condo and check it out. You will be surprised at all the staples available in the condo. Entry and exit are hassle free with your private code. There are zero hidden fees; the price quoted is all inclusive period. No resort fee, taxes, wi-fi fee, and on and on. Tracy is always available to make suggestions or assist if you need anything. Unfortunately you cannot have my stay time as I have a standing reservation for every year. Do not give up if her space looks full. Call her or email as she has many other contacts for places to stay. You will never be sorry-my guarantee.

My husband and I stayed in this charming studio for five nights. Room and bathroom are clean and tidy with everything labelled for guests' convenience. As this was our first stay in vacation rental, I am not sure whether we can expect this in other vacation rentals: the room was equipped with everything we need to enjoy beach holiday (e.g. beach chairs, cooler bag). Tracy also provided a useful information about local restaurants and beaches. As some of reviewers pointed out, we heard trafic sometimes, but it didn't prevent our sleep (but we had to keep our windows shut thru a nice, cool night in Kihei).
