Appartement conforme aux photos et description, idéalement situé. C'est parfait pour une première fois à New-York, vous êtes proche de tout. Propre mais mériterait un rafraîchissement des chambres à l'étage. Nous conseillons cet appartement.

La ubicación es perfecta, puedes moverte a muchos puntos de la ciudad sin necesidad de metro. A 2 manzanas de Times Squard Si necesitas metro, la parada está cerca.

A l’occasion d’un voyage en famille nous avions réservés cet appartement très spacieux, conforme aux photos. Walter a été très arrangeant, à savoir que lors de notre départ il nous a permis de laisser les valises en attendant notre navette. Petit bémols pour les salles de bain très étroites. Je recommande vivement cet appartement très bien situé.

L'emplacement est parfait, au coeur de Hell's Kitchen. L'appartement est spacieux, 3 belles chambres. Les salles de bain sont petites mais il y en a 2, équipées de WC et baignoire chacune. La déco est sympa. Le top c'est Walter, notre loueur ! Il est très arrangeant. On est arrivés tard, aucun problème pour le check-in et on a pu laisser nos valises dans l'appartement jusqu'à 17h le jour du départ. En résumé je recommande cette location.

The person who met us was friendly. The location is fantastic - close to subway, Times Square, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc..... however that’s where the positive ends. The corridor smells absolutely terrible. We couldn’t decide if it was from the rubbish bins in the corridor, or other residents cooking. What you can’t see in the photos is that the whole apartment slopes, and the floors are not level (significantly so!) - so when you are laying in bed, your feet are higher than your head!! We all had to reverse the way we slept on the bed to not feel ill! The street noise is horrific - earplugs were provided in bulk. The windows don’t close properly, letting so much noise in - you must have the aircon on to drown out the noise to get anything near an acceptable noise level. The blinds in the bedrooms have gaps and holes in them, and NYPD has giant spotlights on all night right outside the window - so it was daylight 24/7, which, along with sleeping at the reverse end of the bed, all made for dreadful sleep!! My son was bitten by something in the apartment (unclear what it was), and his hand swelled up double in size - to the point he couldn’t bend his fingers. It was itchy, red and swollen for 4 days. We had to seek medical support and get medication to get down swelling and redness, or else we may not have been able to fly home! One bedroom upstairs has a random door which leads out to the next floor corridor. This door has a very small and unsafe lock on it, which felt very unsafe. On top of that, we saw a rat creeping around the kitchen on our last night which left droppings everywhere - lucky our food was all put away in cupboards! Location is fantastic, but I would not recommend this apartment at all. It made for a very disappointing holiday for our first time in New York! We certainly wouldn’t consider staying again!

The apartment was in an excellent position and had all the facilities listed in the promotional information. However lack of maintenance let the apartment down. The door handle in one of the bathroom came off leaving the door unable to be opened. The television wouldn’t work and we found HDMI Cable wasn’t plugged in. The position of equipment for the TV was under the kitchen table and every time the table was moved the TV or the WiFi would stop working. The shower/bath in one of the bathrooms drain blocked and wouldn’t drain. There was plunger in the bathroom which indicated this happens regularly. We also had trouble when we arrived at the apartment as the door code wouldn’t work but luckily a tenant was coming out and let us in to the stairwell. The apartment would be fine if these problems hadn’t been there and I would suggest that the apartment needs a complete maintenance check.

Appartement très bien situė, proche du mėtro et de times squares. Appartement assez grand et confortable par contre au niveau propreté c'était moyen Probleme d'eau chaude , housse de couette avec un trou , tapis de bain tout tachė et rencontre avec un cafard dans la salle de bain.

We stayed here for our daughters birthday with another family of 3 (6 total). We ended up bringing an air bed just in case we needed something other than a futon for a 4th bed. It worked great.... Great location..the person who met us to let us in was outstanding with directions and communication. Close to times square and everything u would need...subway close by...local Walgreens had anything the apartment didn't have for our stay. We loved how this wasn't a hotel and we could get things that we needed. Washing machine was great for our needs...made traveling light for a 7 day stay way more comfortable knowing it was there. Bathrooms and kitchen fit all our needs...was a little noisy but with AC running drowned out most noise. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience for our place in New York!
