Wir waren sieben Tage in New York und fühlten uns von Beginn an wohl, in dem tollen Appartment in einem historischen typischen Reihenhaus in einer doch ruhigen Straße in Harlem Die Express-Linie der U-Bahn, nur ein Häuserblock weiter (2-3 Gehminuten) bringt dich im Minutentakt nach Downtown oder sonst wo. Von daher ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Das vollständig ausgestattete Apparment mit einem Schlafraum, einem Bad, einer zum Essbereich offenen Kochnische und den Wohn- Essbereich empfanden wir viel besser als jedes Hotelzimmer. Mit der wirklich bequemen großen Schlafcouch reicht das Appartement auch gut für vier Personen. Das Beste am Appartement ist jedoch Milton, der Besitzer. Er hat uns herzlichst empfangen und ist in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit. Milton, wir sagen DANKE, dass wir in deinem Haus wohnen durften. Jederzeit wieder. Milton du bist der Beste.

Un accueil chaleureux, Milton est disponible et son appartement est très chouette, près du métro et de quoi faire ses courses. Dans New York pour un rapport qualité prix imbattable.je recommande.

The first time I rent this appartement was in 2010. It’s the fourth time I rent one of Milton’s appartements and it is like always amazing. This place is wonderful, clean, well furnished, the bedroom has the garden view and the bed is the best ever! Milton is the best owner I have ever met. He likes to chat with us and wants to know if you are ok and if everything is all right. He is so kind! The subway is just around the corner , the supermarket too. Milton, you know I will come back again !!!

I rented this apartment for a work trip. I saw all the positive reviews and were they ever right! Milton is a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful host who did all he could to make me feel welcome. I am recommending this listing to my traveler friends!

Stayed in this beautiful apartment for a few days. Surprisingly spacious and clean. Location is great and close or has easy access to most of touristic attractions and the center of New York. The owner was a very nice and helpful person. Strongly recommended if you are planning to visit New York, whether for business or tourism purposes.

I've been Renting This place for 5 Years... And If You see My Previous Reviews they have always been great.. Nothing has Changed in the Sense that the Place Continues to Be Great and Milton is a Great Person... If I Could I would stay There Forever... That's My Home away from Home..

Located in a vibrant Harlem neighborhood, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were happy to return to our home away from home every evening during our NYC vacation. Many great restaurants within a block or 2, also a Whole Foods, a CVS and the famous Apollo Theatre. One block from the subway. We had a car with us and had no trouble parking on the street on the same block. The apartment was quiet and private. We hated to leave. Would definitely stay here again.

It's been 4 Years Renting this Apartment and all I can Really Say is That Milton is a Special Person... I totally disconnect Upon arriving and Milton is always available... Just plain love it...

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed Harlem Apartment. Very clean, comfortable, with nifty historic touches. The convenience of the subway is a real boon—you can get anywhere on the 2 or 3. The real charm, though, is the perfect host, Milton. Couldn’t be better.

All reviews of this apartment have been very positive and indeed we must also agree with all positive statements. The icing on the cake is the host Milton, it is difficult to find such a charming and service minded person on a hotel.
