This apartment was better in person!! So much space, each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a plus! Couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything we wanted was easy walking distance. Home was very clean and we loved how secure the building was. I would definitely stay here again.

Sonder has a great property here. The check in process was awesome, the price was right and the apartment was great although it was pretty plainly decorated. Plenty of space, awesome location on Broughton street. Close to historic areas, downtown and all of the squares. Our biggest problem was with Maple Street Biscuit Company. Sonder put this apartment right above them. At 545 every morning, the music BLASTS from the speakers, which are bolted under the floor of the living room and 2 bedrooms of the apartment, trust me I checked. The music ends at 2pm when they close but it's even louder when the employees return at 6-10pm to bake for the next day. We asked them to turn it down, no luck. Sonder needs to engage with them if they're going to continue to rent this property. Zero quality sleep. I understand it's downtown and "noisy". This was a whole different level. This was only for apartment 2A. Can't say about any of the other apartments. Really like the place, but definitely wouldn't stay again and couldn't recommend it.

The location couldn't have been any better for our group. Central to everything you want in savannah! Beds were comfy, 3 bathrooms was an added bonus. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, cups, utensils and cooking essentials.We made Thanksgiving dinner there and had pretty much everything we needed to do so. Cleanliness was decent. Although we all had allergies throughout the stay that we felt was due to dust. Our only real complaint is the lack of comfortable seating in the living room. One couch for a rental that could accommodate 8 people was disappointing. The place was big enough to put another couch! Also, the place was very echoey so if you have children playing it sounds much louder. Had a neighbor mention to us about the noise but we weren't really even that noisy. With being in a big city you should expect noise very late and early morning. Still all worth it in the end. Would recommend

The unit was amazing. Super clean. Location was stellar. Street noise was not an issue. The bedrooms are in the back of the unit so you really can’t hear the street at all. Very spacious. Very King beds in all the rooms.

Apartment was situated in a great location to visit historic Savannah. It is located near poplar dining spots and shopping, which made for a great experience. The renovation made for a nice stay away from home. Loved the available space for the family. Parking at the advertised lot is a short walk away (about seven minutes) but somewhat inconvenient in getting luggage in and out. The luggage storage proved to be useful while we were on the go. I would stay here again on a future trip to Savannah!

The Sonder at Telfair Square was an amazing stay o...
The Sonder at Telfair Square was an amazing stay option for my family of 8. The space was larger than I imagined from pictures, had all the needed amenities (3 king beds, 3 full bathrooms, 1 couch pull out bed, fully stocked kitchen, functional AC / WiFi / TVs, and more), and was located in the perfect spot for walking to all of Savannah's downtown treasures. Despite the populated location, sound was not too much of a trouble for us (Sonder did also provide white noise machines and ear plugs in case) and security was very well planned (multiple code locked doors). Communication with Sonder was easy and prompt. Parking was available in a nearby garage for $20/night (with in/out privileges). And, for the cost, this was absolutely more than I could have asked for. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit the area in the future.

We arrived and the air conditioning was broken. I couldn't get a response by text so I called the service line. I was put on a call with a generic service department. They eventually moved us to a vacant unit in the same building.
That unit's A/C was working but the floors were covered in some kind of gross slippery stuff. We had to wear socks the entire time. Our socks were FILTHY and when we did wear shoes, we were slipping and sliding all over.
I messaged them twice about it with no response.
The elevator and building hallway smelled horrible. My children called it the puke and pee elevator and we plugged our noses every time. The unit smelled just fine.
Location: Right in the heart of Broughton Street which has a lot of night life, restaurants, shops, and coffee stops. It is loud so they provide ear plugs and sounds machines, which worked for us. If you are sensitive to noise - NOT a great location for you...you hear the party busses and music until late. Worked great for our group of deep sleepers!
Size: The size of the unit is great. The beds are oddly low but clean. The living area is large but there is almost no seating...just one three person couch.
