We have stayed at many properties in Savannah but this was probably the largest. It is fairly new construction (with lots more being built in the neighborhood). The garage fit our Mazda 3, but for the most part we just left it parked because all of the action on Broughton and River streets are still within walking distance if you are reasonably in good health. I will say that given the chance again we would book the upstairs unit because the walls are fairly thin so we could hear the neighbor's TV's and the upstairs folks walking around which was kind of loud at times. However, the unit was very nicely stocked with everything we needed and then some.

It was my first time visiting Savannah and everything was terrific minus the REALLY cold weather!
This cute little apartment was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway! It’s in a great location, as is right down the road from downtown Savannah. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute, quaint one bedroom apartment.

My husband and I had a great time at this property. We didn’t feel like we were missing comforts of home you may have in a rental. It is a short walk to neighboring cafes and restaurants and about 20 min from Broughton and River St areas. Check in and out was easy! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Savannah.

Overall it was a great trip. There was one night the tenants upstairs were being really rowdy but other than that everything was perfect! Really enjoyed having a garage to put the car in. Great location. Walked everywhere. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The apartment was awesome. Location was everything and all needs were met upon entering. Overall the apartment was gorgeous and clean, but there was a battle with all types of hair being left in the space. There was curly hair in the bathroom, blond hair I. The bed room, brown hair in the kitchen. Hair was everywhere.
If there was a cleaning tool that would remove all the unwanted and remaining hair, the visit would have been perfect.
I would rent this space again and again because it was a great space, but I ask that more attention be paid to removing hair left behind by previous occupants.

We stayed here for 3 nights in November. The home is gorgeous and clean. We were able to park our car in the garage and walk everywhere. The only complaint is that the upstairs people must have a small child who loves to run- we heard footsteps constantly (we joked when it got quiet- saying he/she must be taking a nap). This would not stop us from returning. A+

The unit itself was lovely, clean and comfortable for two adults and reasonably priced.
However, we had some issues with parking and back-and-forth with the property manager. (Though, overall, appreciated the responsiveness of the manager).
We specifically rented a compact car given the listing description of the garage, but it was extremely tight with a small car. Important to flag that street parking within a few blocks of the unit was rarely available when we were staying in October.
Our first night, the garage we were instructed to use had another car in it. After looking for street parking for nearly half an hour, I reached out to the property manager, and she seemed bothered that we didn't think to park in another spot (I wouldn't assume that we could pull into another garage spot except for the one designated for our apartment).
We reached out the next day because our unit ran out of toilet paper and tissues; the property manager told me that they don't usually provide tissues, which I thought was odd, but texted the housekeeper to ask her to drop more off. Instead of letting us know that she was coming or that items had been dropped off, they were left in a bag outside the back door. We had to text again and were put off by our interaction with the manager.
Overall, I'd recommend if you are looking to travel to Savannah on a budget, but be aware of the parking situation and management.

We were very impressed with the property. Clean. Well appointed. Garage was huge extra. Location was great. All A+ until we tried to shower the next morning (6:30 am). Could not get faucet in shower to work. Afraid to force it thinking it would break. Did not call as it was early. Left a note. Called property contact later that morning. We did not appreciate his cavalier response...that of course the faucet works. Very disappointing given the overall quality of the property and location.
