Beautiful property that is not as represented in VRBO and not properly maintained. Access to the rocky beach is down a 30 foot embankment and across a muddy road used as access to other beaches by local residents. Minimally supplied with cooking and serving materials and utensils. Liked it but would not stay there again. Same can be said of Pedasi. Isla Iguana is the only reason to go to Pedasi.

We had a fantastic time in Pedasi, the beaches are great and town is very clean and friendly. The property was exactly what we were looking for, very comfortable, with the sounds of waves lapping up to shore. The pool is a huge bonus on this very secure and private property as well. Highly recommended! Kippy is the property manager, she was great, with recommendation and help regarding the area. While there, call Alessandra for an hour massage next to your pool, listening to ocean.. Heaven!!

The bedroom area is nice, lacking a dresser but otherwise good. The whole outdoor kitchen (shown in pictures) is a disaster and unusable. The hibachi is the only thing to cook on, which is small and just not great. A gas BBQ with a side burner is only about $400! It could really have some money spent on the outside amenities. The fridge is small so if you want to buy some food plus drinks it is really not big enough, unless you want to go to town everyday. The cushions on the couch, chairs are in need of a good cleaning as are stained. The area, pool etc is great, just very cheap on the outdoor kitchen area, could be so much more user friendly. We did enjoy it regardless, pool was clean, bed was comfortable. Kippy, the manager is awesome!

We spent our days swimming and reading books. Most relaxing vacation in years!

This is a gorgeous place and the best thing about it is Kippy... She is the most amazing , kind, beautiful spirit you will ever meet. She is a wealth of information and willing to help at the drop of a pin. The villa is a beautiful location and the property is gorgeous. I totally agree with previous reviews that commented on the outside lighting and it would have been really nice if the grill would have been available. Really the outside kitchen area was pretty much out of commission and that would have been great to be able to use. The neighbors and all the people we encountered are incredibly kind. We will definatly be back to Pedasi. Alan you are one lucky man to have Kippy in your life, she is awesome.

Beautiful setting with private pool and ocean views. Probably the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. We don't do big hotels so went to town, bought wine and sat out by the ocean and just chilled. The accommodations were top notch, clean and comfortable. Would not recommend for families as it's really for just two. Kippy, the property manager, went beyond duties. She was terrific!!!

We recently spent three days at this lovely property and would liked to have stayed for a couple more. If you are driving down from Panama City, get Waze or some clear directions as the signage is poor going through Chitre and Las Tablas. Sunrises are spectacular, you can walk to the beach, the pool is refreshing and the bed is comfortable. Limitations were that some basic supplies were lacking (salt, cooking oil, extra toilet paper), the cooktop is far from the sink, and the outside lights have to be turned on and off by turning the light bulb (I got freaked out by the geckos the first time and shocked one other time). Overall, a very nice property at a reasonable rate.

We were new adventurers to Panama for our first time and we traveled to the highlands and later to the beach town of Pedasi. The guest suite at Villa de la Torre was perfect for the two of us. Everything worked despite the warnings of power outages and intermittent internet. We loved sitting out under the coconut palms and just gazing out to the Pacific, the view and the serenity is just indescribable. Lots of wildlife but we were a little late in the season for whale spotting. Thanks for the amazing experience. Also loved visiting the inexpensive restaurants and the friendly locals.

Quite and beautiful, this is one of my favourite places to stay. Sitting on the recliners by the pool looking at the ocean is a site to behold. We went to town for Dinners, cooked breakfast on the outdoor kitchen and has snacks for lunch which we bought in town and kept in the mini fridge. We will be back!
