Lovely complex with breathtaking mountain View’s
We stayed in a different apartment to the one initially booked, due to circumstances beyond the owner’s control. However, the owner (Carolina) kindly managed to arrange an alternative in the same complex & was really helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the complex itself was very secure, well cared for, quiet, with a beautiful pool. You can take a walk in to town 20-30 mins, however the tram stop is only a few minutes walk from the apartment & takes a few minutes in to Denia centre. Both my husband & I had a great stay here & would definitely recommend

Vistas increíbles y muy tranquilo!!!! Y muy cerquita del pueblo y de la playa.
El apartamento es muy nuevo y está todo limpio.
lo único que echamos de menos fue una cafetera.

Perfect holiday apartment
We spent 10 wonderful days at Carolina’s apartment in August. We have 2 children aged 6 & 8 and it was absolutely perfect for us. It is so well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of extra towels and bed linen provided. The views are beautiful from the balcony and the girls absolutely loved the pool. It is an easy (flat) walk in to the old town but also set back enough to have some peace and quiet. Carolina was very helpful and always on hand to offer any help or tips. Altogether a fantastic place to stay. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment
We had a great time in Denia. The apartment was well-equipped and very clean and we loved the view from the balcony. We enjoyed using the swimming pool everyday. It was a 20 minute walk into the centre, which was fine in the evenings when we wanted to eat out, but could be tricky in the heat during the day. There was a great restaurant near the apartment attached to a mini-golf activity. Would love go back to Dénia.

Great apartment
Lovely apartment, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Balcony overlooking hills was lovely to eat breakfast, kids loved the pool too. Carolina very helpful and would definitely recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Modern clean apartment
On the plus side this apartment had everything you need, modern, clean and spacious, what we like the most was that everything was comfortable
The block is quiet and views of the mountain so very pleasant. No seats/loungers though at the pool, so will get crawled on by the ants if you go down with towels like we did.
On the minus side it is too far to walk to the beach, probably 45mins. It’s about 25 mins to walk to historic centre, which at night isn’t too bad but in the heat of the day isn’t pleasant.
Parking in the town is stressful but that could be because we were there when they had festivals going on.
The beaches are fantastic, the selection of cafes and restaurants wonderful. Not cheap especially with euro exchange rate.
We would have liked a welcome pack when we arrived, nearest supermarket, tourist info and how to walk to town

Top class penthouse,just great.
Beautiful apartment on a lovely small complex .Pool was great and the grounds well cared for.The apartment had everything required for a perfect stay,the view from the terrace of the montgo national park was just stunning.A few bars and the supermercardo within a ten minute walk,but to the port and the beach a longer walk of around twenty five minutes is required,but its on the flat and an easy walk.We loved Denia,not enough time to see and do everything so we will be coming again.

Stunning apartment
Beautiful apartment with brilliant views. The cleanest I have ever stayed in. Shame the weather wasn't very good but as we had hired a car we managed to get out and about. Not an area I have ever stayed before but found prices very reasonable

Superb accommodation and 1st class for a family
This is a lovely property. It is well equipped with lots of mod cons. The bedrooms are a good size even thought the owner said they were tight. ( she needs to see UK bedrooms in new houses) She put an extra bed and the three kids shared. Single bed mattresses a little lumpy but the double bed is lovely. The complex is safe and the pool area catches the sun all day. We loved it and spent a lot of time with other residents/vistors.
You defo need a car but you also get a parking space and the key to the sliding gate. We enjoyed the surrounding area as well but it was hard to get the kids to leave the pool at all as they enjoyed it so much.
If I had to critic anything I would say " Please provide enough dishwasher tablets so we can turn it on every day" We only had two tablets for a five-day stay. You don't want to have to buy a big packet of dishwasher tablets to have to carry back to the UK :) fabulous fridge freezer and washing machine also in the kitchen. The Consum supermarket sells 10 tabs for washing machine, so no problem with getting those.
By the way, the owner's mother is lovely and so welcoming. When we could not find the sheets she came round and showed us where they were.
I would recommend this property and would be happy to stay there again.
