This is an amazing place to stay. It had everything you need. The location is great - quiet residential area with everything a short drive away. Mark is a great host and nothing is too much trouble. We would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended

Fantastic villa
We had a lovely family holiday staying in this perfectly located and lovely villa. The accommodation is very well presented and the kids loved playing in the pool. The outside space is fantastic. The villa is also located in a lovely area with easy access (5 min drive) to the beautiful Xàbia beach and promenade. There are some lovely shops and restaurants on the beach promenade. All in all perfect for a family holiday.

Just amazing!!
What a beautiful villa. The pictures really do not so it justice. We took our 3 year old and 6 year old, who absolutely loved the pool. The location was just great. Only 15-20 minutes away from most things. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Karen was superb and very welcoming and the garden lady has done wonders with the beautiful garden. We can not wait to come back. Just fabulous memories made. Thank you very much Mark and Karen. Xxx

Lovely villa, great location and good facilities
The villa is lovely, situated in a really peaceful location so you soon relax which is what we all needed. The outdoor space is amazing with a good sized pool, very private and lots of different areas to sit and enjoy the sun and shade. We really enjoyed our visits to Javea port and the Arenal, a short car journey away and had a superb evening admiring the view from El Mirador restaurant. Lots of information is provided on the local area so you can venture further afield if you desire. Another of our highlights was our climb of the Montgo mountain. We have visited Javea numerous times in the past and this holiday was one of our favourites.

"Fabulous"
Villa was in a lovely quiet area of Javea, I would say that a car is a must. Everything about the villa was perfect & the owner was very helpful with all the info he gave us. Azahar, a restaurant recommended by the owner was fab with great staff & food. Would definitely recommend & hopefully we will return in the future.

Home away from home
The villa was picturesque and very homely. Our first thoughts were that the pictures on holiday lettings didn't do it justice! Everything was so clean and we all felt comfortable and "at home" as soon as we arrived. The villa was equipped with so many handy and vital things that we never would have thought of. The journey from the airport to the villa was fairly straight forward after I made a few wrong turns coming out of the airport. I'm not sure if it would have been so easy to navigate the twisty roads once we got into javea if we'd done the journey in the dark though. Once we worked out that, what we would have thought was the front door was in fact not the front door - the various keys to the various doors and gates become simple. The welcome pack was a welcome relief to us, as we would have had to go out to the supermarket to get food. We really appreciated that as it was another thing which was unexpected! One criticism we had was that the WiFi was very 'hit and miss'. We seemed to be able to get connected to it on the very first day and then it seemed to be pot luck as to when we could get on it again. Having Wi-Fi would have just been a bonus so our oldest could use the iPad, but as the mobile reception was pretty poor as well we did miss it a bit. Other than that I have nothing, but praise for the villa! I would absolutely recommend it to others and I'll make sure I write a review on TripAdvisor and/Or holiday lettings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our family holiday. When we did venture out of the villa, we found the Consume supermarket easy to find and very reasonable to do our shop for the week. We budgeted €100 and we managed to come away spending just shy of that. The other local supermarkets were a fair bit pricier, which I assume is because of the convenience. We did manage to visit Arenal several times in the week. We were surprised that once we did find a parking space it was free all day! The beach was beautiful and very clean. The various play areas were great for our oldest too. It was all a bit British, but so easy with all of the restaurants, bars, and shops along the front! The shallow waters also made it perfect for our 4 year old. On the last (full)day we made a late deciaion to go down to Granadella beach and we were rewarded for doing so. The views were stunning and we could see why it was once voted the best beach in Spain. Our only regret was not visiting this beach sooner and the fact that we only spent about 1 hour there. On the Sunday we went to Azahar restaurant and we were amazed at how your description completely plays it down! You seriously need to change the description as it is far from just place that sells "very nice pizza with a full and varied menu". In fact I don't remember even seeing pizza on the menu. But what I did see was some of the best food I've had in a long time. My partner and I enjoy going out to eat and appreciate good food and Azahar served up some of the best food I've ever had! Overall it was a very enjoyable holiday and we would definitely recommend it to other people.

Hi Kieran Thanks for your great review. So sorry you had problems with the WiFi but we have since upgraded WiFi & TV with Catch up & Boxed sets / films inc. so hopefully that will help. But if there is any problem either let me or Swiss Cable know ASAP. SC are normally very good at sorting any problems. Also apologies for not emphasising how good Azahar is. We like it a lot but it had recently changed hands so we have to be cautious about being too enthusiastic ! ... & I also understand pizzas are not now available,...even though they were the best!! Many or our guests rate this restaurant. But so pleased you had an enjoyable stay & thanks again for your rating & feedback... it really does help us to provide an improved service for our future guests. Hopefully you’ll be one of them ! Perfect!
Fantastic location in a quiet street up in the hills. The villa was very nice, with everything you could possibly need and an lovely pool set in spacious gardens. We especially liked the different outdoor seating areas. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Fantastic villa in a lovely location - the whole family loved it
This was our second visit to this gorgeous villa in Xabia, and to be honest we couldn’t wait to get back there. Easier to find our way there from Alicante airport this time because it was in daylight…was very useful taking our own sat nav as well as following the directions; it takes just over an hour from Alicante airport and is a straightforward drive on mainly quiet roads. The villa is spacious and very comfortable, even for our party of 4 adults and 2 older teenagers – the indoor and outdoor spaces are all very well equipped. The kitchen really did have everything we needed and the lounge was great with satellite TV, games and DVDs and a lovely log burning fire for cooler evenings. The information folders that the owners have prepared are a good read and contain loads and loads of information about…well, everything you would want to know! We all had great nights’ sleep – a combination of comfy beds and bedding, and pitch black rooms because of the lovely typical Spanish shutters – very conducive to many long lie-ins! Just what we all needed! The inside space is matched by a variety of lovely outdoor spaces – the naya for outdoor eating, the raised lounging area, the stone bench, the shady trees and bushes as well as the outdoor table tennis and golf nets. Even hanging out the washing and taking the pool cover off are pleasant chores in such a gorgeous garden! Which reminds me…thumbs up to the pool cover – definitely makes the water a few degrees warmer. Explored the area some more this time…loads of gorgeous walks, this stretch of coastline really is very beautiful with its rugged cliffs and many little coves. We also drove up to Valencia, just over an hour, again easier with a sat nav, and visited the Oceanagrafic Marine Park and used the hop on-hop off bus tour to take a look around the city. Love the beach at El Arenal, beach volleyball courts, playgrounds, loads of space for relaxing, lovely promenade for walking along, great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Will definitely be coming back to this villa again…perfect for relaxing and chilling…and we haven’t even climbed the Elephant mountain yet so must do that next time!

Great Villa-Great Location-Great Relaxation-Great Holiday
Maureen and I have been taking villa holidays in Javea for many years now and this is by far the best villa where we have stayed. So much so that since we first visited in 2014 we have returned several times. We particularly appreciate the Welcome basket on arrival. The villa has everything we need including A/C, SkyTV, Internet, comfortable clean beds, nice safe pool, good private sunbathing area and lots of shaded sitting areas for relaxing or eating al fresco. The location is quiet and peaceful and there is a large well cared for garden with lots of colourful shrubs and extensive parking area behind secure fencing and gates. A particular appeal of this villa is that it is only a few minutes walk away from several bars, restaurants and also a small supermarket/bakery. A car is necessary to get you to the Old Town, The Port area, the larger supermarkets and the Arenal beach area where there are numerous restaurants lining the promenade. We have enjoyed our stay on every occasion so far and can't wait to get back again.
