Great apartment located 5 min walk from the Beach / Arenal. Amazing value - great for teenagers being close to the nightlife - Ondara shopping mall 15 mins drive , old town 5 mins away. We normally stay in a villa but for the price and location this was simply superb

We've just got back from a lovely one week stay in this apartment. It is spacious, bigger than the two bedroom flat that was my home for eight years, and spotlessly clean. There were only two of us but it sleeps four and it would still be comfortable. The showers are excellent, powerful and hot. The air conditioning was invaluable and the English TV handy. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, and there's more than enough crockery and cutlery. Although there is lots of free parking in Javea the underground car parking space meant that the car was cool when we got into it. All the common areas are immaculate and we had almost exclusive use of the pool if we decided to use that rather than the beech which is less than a ten minute walk away. It is set back from the main road through Javea but we couldn't hear the, fairly light, traffic and there is a good sized supermarket about 100 yards away. Any negatives? Well the yappy dog on the first floor was a bit of a pain as it barked every time we walked up or down the stairs but we hardly heard it once we were in the apartment. Although the building under construction at the front isn't the greatest view at least the work didn't start too early in the morning. Would I book again? Definitely!

We spent a week at the apartment in January and it was superb - spotlessly clean, well furnished and lots of space to relax. We visited out of season, but I can imagine in the summer that having underground parking and air con throughout the apartment is a real bonus! Location wise the complex is close to the main beach, lots of great restaurants as well as a supermarket. My husband grew up in Javea so knows the area well, and this apartment is a great little find! Its also brilliant value for money compared to smaller apartments in the same area. We have already recommended to family and will definitely be back!

Lovely apartment, large, beautifully decorated and furnished, there was only 1 balcony and it looked out over a partially built structure which blocked any view. The weather was dreadful most of the time but that didn't stop us visiting all our favourite restaurants and bars. I would recommend this apartment to someone who isn't bothered about the outlook

The appartment was only about a five minute walk from Arenal Beach which was ideal for us. Consequently, although the swimming pool on the complex was lovely we preferred to go to the beach most days. It was really convenient having the trolley to bring the sunbeds as this saved us having to rent them at the beach. The appartment itself was very clean and had all the mod-cons needed such as: washing machine, dishwasher and TV. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot during our stay. The underground parking was also very handy. All in all a very nice holiday. Thank you!

Stayed here 16th May for a week, well what can I say but fantastic, the apartment is very spacious, has a lovely kitchen which was immaculately clean as was the rest of the apartment. The complex is very nice and peaceful with a lovely pool and super well looked after gardens. English tv with all the channels which was fab. Even had garden chairs for pool and beach with a wheeled transporter to save having to carry them to the beach which was very handy. The apartment had everything you needed in way of kitchen equipment (not that we cooked), all in all was a lovely place to stay in a great location, will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Great Location, everything you need within close walking distance. Very nice apartment, loads of space, very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Lovely gardens and pool area. Car parking space is a bonus. As we were there in February it was great to have UK tv for the dark evenings. Highly Recommended

We stayed here during half term, the apartment was perfect for what we needed, supermarket 2 minutes away and 5 minutes to the lovely beach. Even though it was February we had a couple of lovely days and our daughter made full use of the pool and we made good use of the provided sun loungers. Would definitely recommend to others.

Bon séjour, appartement moderne propre près de la plage. Difficulté pour le trouver , nous avons chercher plus d une heure peu d explications et la personne ne parlait que l anglais et j avais des difficultés à comprendre et j ai du donner son tel a ma fille qui était en France pour qu elle me traduise et face l interprète.
