We've just returned from a very relaxing stay at this lovely townhouse which helped make our first trip to Javea a very memorable one. The accommodation is a great reflection of Javea itself; clean, safe, tasteful, very family friendly and provides something for everyone. It's spacious and comfortable and the small complex it's based in has a friendly and considerate community with a well maintained pool and gardens. The location is spot on too, just a short walk from Arenal beach and its bars and restaurants and a big supermarket across the road with lots of fresh produce for breakfasts and lunches. There's also a bus stop for cheap buses into the old town and port making the need for a car completely redundant for our trip which was bliss. If you need entertainment, there's a games room on the top floor with a pool table, games consoles and dozens of games to choose from. If that's not enough to occupy bored teenagers, there's a good sized go karting track a 5 minute walk away too. The owner, Jayne, was really helpful too, providing us with lots of ideas for places to eat and responded quickly to any queries we made. I'd be surprised if we don't return to this accommodation within the next few years. In fact not surprised, disappointed!

Perfect for us
We stayed here five years ago and were more than happy to be able to
book it again this year, well equipped townhouse set in a beautifully maintained small complex, very secure. Location perfect, no need for a car. Easy access to Arenal Beach and promenade, the port and the old town.
Happily come back another time.

Fabulous townhouse in excellent location
This townhouse on a quiet complex offered everything that was needed. Spacious, clean, well equipped & in a fabulous location- only a 5/7 min walk to the Arenal beach.
The large local supermarket is literally opposite & we would shop each morning for fresh banquettes.
The communal swimming pool is clean & we virtually had it to ourselves most days. The complex hosted a mix of Spanish & English families on holiday.
We would highly recommend this wonderful townhouse & will definitely book again if we visit Javea again.

Amazing
We have just arrived home very sadly,we absolutely loved it here everything and more you could need and want.
Everything is walking distance to the beach and lovely restaurants.
We have 4 children and they all loved the pool.
The house is amazing and we are going to book again for next year.

Lovely House
This is a lovely house in a prime position in the complex, well kept and and ideal for families, have been going to Javea for 35 years and this represents value for money. A short walk from the lovely Arenal beach, the owner leaves a comprehensive manual answering all questions about what’s available and the do’s and dont’s at the property, Wont hesitate to book there again.

Great stay
We had a great time in this lovely very well equipped villa. Instructions for arrival, what's what, and everything worked perfectly. We walked to Arenal almost every day or evening. Pool was lovely, bit chilly in April but we braved it anyway on hot days. Great supermarket 100 yards away. Hilary was most helpful.

The townhouse was exactly as described. Clean, well fitted out. Everything we needed was there! Only 5 minutes from the beach. We would stay again!!

Great birthday with friends and family
The house was perfect, providing lots of room and all mod cons for friends coming to Javea to celebrate my birthday. The area is beautiful and the house was perfectly located near to my brothers property, the beach, bars and restaurants.

Brilliant location
We stayed here for 10 nights and what a fab holiday we had!!! The house is bigger than the pictures and a home from home. It's practically across the road from a huge supermarket which is cheaper than home!! 5 mins walk and your at the lovely beach with all fantastic restaurants and bars . Javea overall is a great destination and we will be back for sure!
Only negatives I would have is the keys being posted to us and getting delayed which caused a good deal of stress but was the postal service fault - regardless tho it did cause stress and someone having to sit in and wait for them (never to arrive!) - and finally it would be good to have somewhere to leave cases if you had a late flight which unfortunately we did when the airline changed flight times - we did pay the owner a little extra but we were only allowed stay till 2pm so had to wander around Javea till 9pm so that was a bit of a bummer!
However all in all the house was lovely great lay out - pool great size and outside your door - and brilliant location!
Would definitely recommend 😀

Apartamento muy amplio y bien equipado
Buen apartamento cerca de la playa del arenal, bien equipado (la única pega es que el microondas no calentaba...). Por lo demás genial!
Buena opción para ir con otras parejas o amigos!
