Perfect Winter Break!
We were lucky enough to stay at this fantastic villa for our long stay winter break. The property is fully equipped and situated in a beautiful part of Spain. During the sunny days the terrace and pool were perfect for relaxing, and in the cool evenings the central heating was great for keeping us toasty! The local walks and views are stunning and the supermarket is within walking distance, which stocks quality local produce. The local town Javea has a great variety of shops and restaurants and a beautiful harbour, but you do need a car to get there. The booking process and self check-in was very efficient, and Daniel was very forthcoming with information and advice to make our stay very memorable. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again!

Lovely villa, amazing pool!
We had a lovely week at Casa Sielda. The communication with the owner Daniel and manager Margit was great and any enquiries/problems were addressed promptly. The pool is definitely the best part of this villa, my children loved it and spent many hours splashing around. The area is very quiet but not to far to the tourist area of Javea. There is a beach and plenty of restaurants at Platya de I'Arenal but we found the smaller pebbled beach at the Port quieter. I would say you definitely need a car if you want to get the most out your stay, We also visited the bustling market in the old town. I know a previous review recommended shopping at Aldi but we found the Consum supermarket had a lot more choice and was very competitive. Just a few things that we felt might further improve this lovely villa. As the TV channels are all German it would be good to have a DVD player and maybe some dvd's in other languages available, obviously you don't want to spend your time watching TV but it would be good to have the option. We found the flannel sheets didn't help in the heat and maybe cotton sheets would be better? Also we arrived very late (11.30pm) on a Sunday and were unable to but any groceries, although we very much appreciated the bottled water left in the fridge it would of been even better to maybe of had some bread, milk and maybe coffee sachets left. It's just a suggestion and I'm aware it would be extra cost but would of made our arrival at Casa Sielda even better. But truly this is a lovely villa in a beautiful area and we highly recommend it.

Traditioneel Spaans villa met alle denkbare voorzieningen gunstig gelegen t.o.v. zee, strand en steden.
Een huis waar werkelijk alles dat je nodig hebt voor een (lang) verblijf ook aanwezig is. Of het nu gaat om zaken als allerlei keukenbenodigdheden of koelkast en wasmachine tot TV met wel heel veel Duits talige zenders, naast Frans, Spaans en Engelstalig. Alleen Nederlands talige TV zenders ontbreken. Maar er is ook stereo apparatuur of apparatuur om je muziek op je I phone af te spelen. Voor WIFI moet je een simkaart kopen. Dat is vrij duur en als je een paar keer chat of face timet dan is het tegoed zo op. Tijdens ons verblijf ging de koelkast kapot. Binnen een tweetal dagen werd er een nieuwe koelkast geplaatst. Leuk en zeer goed contact met de eigenaresse.Het blijft voornamelijk een zomervilla. Als het erg koud is - wij hadden sneeuw en storm in januari - dan is het moeilijk om het huis goed warm te krijgen. Dan moet je flink stoken. Gelukkig hebben we ook mooi weer gehad. Verder alleen maar lof over de eigenaresse, haar zoon, en de beheerster.

Hartelijk dank voor uw geweldige recensie. We zijn blij dat u van uw verblijf genoten hebt. Helaas kunnen we alleen SAT-tv-kanalen ontvangen van één satelliet, die geen Nederlandse kanalen bevat.

Estancia perfecta, rodeados de tranquilidad
La casa está completísima, muy cuidada y con muchos detalles. Es muy agradable y cómodo, el jardín precioso.
Mucha flexibilidad por parte de los propietarios, muy amables.
Los alrededores son muy bonitos también. Volveremos, es un lugar perfecto para descansar y desconectar.

Great place in green and a quiet area in Javea
We stayed in Casa Sielda for a long weekend end of April. The villa is close to Cap de la Nau in a very green area with fabulous beaches in the surroundings. The house has everything you need including a huge pool. Although we didn't meet the hosts in person, everything was 100% organized and went absolutely smooth (Thanks to Lynn :-) )

We recently had a four night break in October to Casa Sielda, it was beautiful with great weather. Was our first holiday abroad as a family and it was brilliant. The villa is lovely with an amazing size swimming pool and equipped with everything that you would require. We unfortunately didn't hire a car which was suggested by Daniel to do, so had to taxi to most places. So I would recommend hiring a car. Daniel was very helpful all the way through with the booking and any information that we needed and Linda who was there on arrival and departure was very kind and helpful. Overall it was a brilliant experience and will defiantly be returning again

I am glad that you enjoyed staying at our villa and that you had a fabulous time. A hire car is definitely recommended to get around as the villa lies in a very quite neighbourhood and the local supermarket sadly closed this summer. I am looking forward to welcoming you again.

Fantastic Holiday at Casa Sielda
We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Casa Sielda, the villa was excellent and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay including chairs, parasol etc you can take to the beach, there were a few inflatables which were also available to use in the pool and we purchased some ourselves which we left for future guests enjoyment! The pool was lovely it was an ideal size and depth for our family and very clean. The villa is situated about a 15 minutes drive from the main Arenal beach at Javea, and although there is a supermarket close by we preferred to use a local Aldi which was close to town but very reasonably priced, so a car is a must, also there are many amazing viewing points in the area which are worth a visit. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but we preferred to drive into town, and highly recommend Scallops which is located in Javea main town as we received a free bottle of wine with our meal (one for each of us!) and a free breakfast token to use on another occasion. The owner Daniel was very helpful up to and during our stay, and responded very quickly to my emails, Linda was also very helpful who met us on arrival and departure. Overall a lovely villa and Javea itself was fabulous we will certainly return in the future.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Villa in wunderschöner Umgebung
Wir haben 2 Wochen im Casa Sielda verbracht und können nur Positives sagen. Das Haus bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf Garten und Meer und liegt ruhig inmitten eines attraktiven Gartens und Pool an bester Lage im Gebiet Balcon al Mar, einem Villenviertel einige km von Javea entfernt. Ideal auch für schöne Spaziergänge ohne Auto zu nahen Aussichtspunkten, Buchten und Restaurants. Und nur einige Autominuten entfernt ab dem "Kreuz" findet man weitere herrliche Spazierwege zum Meer hinunter oder zur Promenade am Meer.
Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man sich für einen gelungenen Urlaub wünschen kann. Für kühlere Abende gibt es eine effiziente Heizung und für wärmere Abende eine grosse Veranda.
Wer gerne Fisch und Meeresfrüchte selbst zubereitet, kann in der "Lonja" am Hafen, wo die Fischer den Fang einbringen, ab ca. 16.30h fangfrische Ware kaufen. In Javea gibt es auch mehrere prima Supermärkte wie z.B. Supercor.
Wir haben uns im Casa Sielda äusserst wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin zurückkehren.

Kudos are well deserved!
We have stayed here before and were very pleased with everything but this stay was even more fulfilling as they have added a beautifully landscaped pool that includes a very welcome outdoor shower and an additional eating area which is perfect for in between dips in the pool!
The covered balcony was perfect for sitting or for meals. We particularly enjoyed having our breakfasts there and also relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine.
The location is ideal as it is private, quiet and close to excellent and reasonably priced restaurants (some within walking distance) and many local attractions including beautiful beaches. We enjoyed walks in the immediate location and hikes in the beautiful surrounding areas.
Would we visit again, absolutely!!
