2 weeks of utter rest and gorgeous views all around. Very well equipped and a lovely pool. Gardeners, pool-cleaners and house cleaners all very regular and courteous. Lovely views over the Montgo valley and tucked away at the foot of the mountain. Easy access to Xabia and relatively easy into Denia. Also not too far from the main motorway network (AP7). Some lovely local restaurants. It is quite clear that the owners place great importance on ensuring that their guests have a first-class experience.

We had a very relaxing, chill out stay at this property. Extremely tranquil and absolutely stunning in every direction. Lots of different areas to sit and enjoy the amazing views. The pool is large and kept very clean. Very nice garden furniture. Our economy car hire was more than adequate for the very pleasant drive up to the house. The house is spacious and extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable with quality bed linen and pillows. Lovely showers rooms with large fluffly towels. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Great views from inside the house. We spend many evenings watching the twinkling lights in the distance and all of our meals were eaten outside, there is a covered area for cooler evenings. We loved it!!

Perfekte Wahl für unsere Ferien. Sehr gemütliches und sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus, schöne und ruhige Umgebung, toller Pool und Aussenbereich, eine Küche, in welcher man alles bestens verwenden konnte (Geschirr, Besteck, Apparate, Pfannen etc.), was wir bisher bei andern Hausmieten nicht so angetroffen hatten. Einfach gesagt, es war alles perfekt. Auch die Unterstützung von Hazel bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Pool, einwandfrei. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

My partner and had the most wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay at Villa Sol y Luna for a week in September. The only downside was we should have stayed another week. The villa was a home from home , extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean with beautiful landscaped terraced gardens and surrounded by amazing views Hazel (the owner) was very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions we had regarding our stay. We were given easy to follow directions and were met by Samantha who showed us round and handed over the keys. Whilst we ventured out and explored the nearby Montgo National Park and the beautiful coastline we were keen to return to the villa and laze about in and around the pool. Everything about our stay was just perfect

Sol y Luna is one of the highest villas on the side of Montgo, and has superb views across the valley. Peaceful and self contained well away from any neighbours, this is a perfect place for a family or a group of friends to enjoy a luxury holiday. The pool is positioned perfectly to get the sun all day, and with night time lighting even allows for a midnight dips. The gardens are extensive and behind the house there is an incredible view of Montgo towering over the property. All fixture and fittings are top quality, the villa is air conditioned, and has fully equipped Kitchen. Close to Javea, only 20 minutes away, the town is really three towns in one and only there is the old town which is full of tiny winding streets has a has a great covered market, and many tapas bar, there is also a working fishing port which also has a great little beach and then there is also a much bigger sandy beach "the Arenal" which is more tourist friendly. There are dozens of restaurants to choose from, not just superb Spanish ones but also Chinese, Indian, Thai, Italian and many more one for every day of your holiday if you choose. We can't recommend highly enough this spot for a holiday, it can be as peaceful or as active as you like.

Villa Sol y Luna has everything you need. Spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms various areas to sit, dine or relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. Outside you have various terraces and you can sit in the sun or the shade, relax by or in the pool. Our kids and we have loved it. Booking process is easy, the owner very helpfull and the meet and greet very pleasant. Various very good restaurants nearby and supermarkets only 5 minutes by car.

He pasado unos días de vacaciones tranquilos y relajados, sin contratiempos, justo lo que necesitaba. La casa está situada en un lugar privilegiado, con vistas fantásticas al valle de Jávea y a Mongó. La casa tiene todo lo que anuncia y en buen estado de uso y conservación, muy cómoda y sin ruidos. La piscina una gozada, es tan amplía que incluso la puedes usar para hacer largos.

This villa is very special and we loved our stay. At the top of the hillside it is extremely quiet and private with a spectacular 180º view. The villa is spacious, with comfortable rooms and beds and plenty of sitting room/dining room space. The two bathrooms are modern and function well. We found it clean and well prepared for our arrival. Very well equipped with TV, HiFi, WiFi and games. The Kitchen is also well appointed and has dishwasher and washing machine that work well. There are dining tables inside and outside by the pool with shade. The pool itself is perfect sized and amazingly well maintained, again with a stunning view over the edge. A nice spot for sun lounging. It has easy access and is near Javea for shopping and beaches and restaurants/clubs!. Also we found some very nice restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday away from it all (but still close enough), both for families and couples alike. John J

We have stayed at Villa Sol y Luna every summer for the last four years. Our children (now 2 & 5) love it there. The villa is set within it's own gardens, has a private terrace and pool with amazing views over the valley. There are a few good restaurants at the end of the road - you can walk to these, although it is uphill on the way back!!. Local town and beach are about 10mins drive. We love the fact that it is so peaceful - the kids love playing around the terrace and in the pool. Everything was working perfectly. Lovely house with almost everything you need for a good relaxing holiday. We will definitely be coming back!!

This peaceful villa was just right for us. The mountain side location meant breath taking views as well as a constant cooling breeze. The property is well furnished inside and out and everything you could possibly want seems to be provided. The booking process was very straight forward and the owners were extremely helpful. Arrival and departure procedures were seamless. One word of advice would be not to choose a car with too small an engine, the road up to the house is pretty steep in places and I fear that some 'economy' cars may struggle. If you want peace and tranquillity, with some lovely places to visit very close by, book this villa now!
