The most amazing holiday experience ever !!
Wow what a holiday . Ame and Hal have equipped their villa perfectly and made it just like home. It has absolutely everything and if you do find that you need anything you can’t find, then Ame and Hal will be very happy to oblige. Ame and Hal have left a lasting impression on us that will for ever enhance our lives . We have been to stay in many villas in Javea for around 30 years now but never have we come across anything quite like this stay. The view is absolutely stunning and it completely captures you. It is so open and can be seen from almost everywhere throughout this beautiful villa and grounds . The gardens are colourful, spectacular and very well kept. The pool has Roman steps, so easy access and is a constant 30 degrees temperature The villa itself is beautifully clean and homely . The beds are extremely comfortable too . We are already rebooked for next year as we miss it already . If you are looking for the maximum rest, recuperation and relaxation, then this is the place for you.

Five stars again
This was our third visit, which is probably all you need to know alongside the other reviews on here to tell you that you need read no further. All the amenities you need in the property, excellent location for getting around and about the area and the most friendly hosts in Ame and Hal. It's the view though, isn't it?

Wow what a view!
We loved the villa and the view exceeded all expectations. The pool was great and there was everything we could need. Hal and Ame were lovely hosts and couldn’t be more helpful or respectful of our privacy. Would strongly recommend.

The best picture postcard views day and night & lovely hosts.
We decided to book Finca Inca for 12 nights for our family after reading all the great reviews. We flew into Alicante, picked up the hire car (Lara Cars - great easy company) and it took us around 1.5 hours to arrive at the villa. Please do follow Hal's instructions and especially the map once you arrive in Javea. Car is essential for this villa. Once we arrived, the views just took our breath away and the children (11 and 9) were delighted with the pool and its size! Hal and Ame showed us around, explained everything and answered questions. Tap water in the property is safe to drink and there is plenty of choice of supermarkets in the town. Hal and Ame had provided a lovely welcome pack, including a beautiful bottle of red wine, beers, soft drinks, nibbles, treats for the children, breakfast essentials etc. This villa is beautiful and is set in a wonderful private location, with postcard views from very angle and window and an amazing pool which we used day and night. Everything in the villa is of a very high standard and works very well. It's so clean and very well equipped, from shopping bags to beach parasols. Another great feature which l loved is that everything is labelled, with quick easy instructions so you are not wasting your valuable holiday time trying to figure stuff out! The pool shed has lots of pool floats, goggles, flippers, sunhats and beach stuff. We always had a lovely breeze up in the mountain, keeping us cool when tempatures at sea level were very hot. Hal & Ame live upstairs but please don't let this put you off as they fiercely respect your privacy and we did not see or hear from them unless we needed help (e.g. booking a taxi). They are also nicest people you will meet trying to give you the best holiday experience. The local area is lovely and not a commercial resort. It's a fully working town and port with a big local population and with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars in the old town and port areas. Some highlights of our trip (all within easy enough reach of the villa) were: Oceanografic in Valencia Kayaking and cycling with Siesta Advisors Calpe beach and the big rock Cova Tallada (a long and challenging walk / climb, but definitely worth it) Javea old town Denia town Denia beach and the big inflatable water course All in all, a fantastic holiday experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

As-Salam-u-Alayki, Rita! I feel that to say a mere "Thank you" for your glowing Review of your holiday, is totally inadequate so all I can say is that, if you favour us with another visit, we will have a little extra bonus for you! You were very perceptive in commenting upon those aspects that we provide, but not everyone notices as well as you did. For instance, you are dead right when you say that we fiercely defend our Guests' privacy. We are here to help when asked but otherwise, guests neither see us not hear us. On the other hand, we like to hear the 'kids' scream in the pool as that way we know that "HAPPY KIDS = STRESS FREE PARENTS= HAPPY HOLIDAY". You really did get around visiting some of the many attractions here.. Hopefully, you will decide to see a few more with another visit, to which we shall look forward...'fingers crossed'! X H & A

Fabulous Finca Inca
We had read the reviews on here and thought, this sounds too good to be true, we all know the rule......but this one breaks that rule totally. Finca Inca is everything you read here and more. Ame and Hal are two of the most welcoming hosts you could ever ask for. The Villa is situated in the most idyllic area of Javea, the Montgo National Park, very secluded and not overlooked. While relaxing by the fantastic pool , overlooking the whole town and harbour of Javea sipping your choice of cocktail, (never short of beautiful fresh lemons from the tree in the garden) as the Sun goes down, does it get any better. Yes it does , cooking outdoors in the evening Sun on the terrace barbeque whether it be locally caught Gambas (check out the fish market on the harbour) or as I did seafood paella, by the way thanks Hal, Ame for getting the Paella pan for us , nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Breakfast on the terrace with fresh baked bread and croissants from the town. The villa has the most comfortable beds every night had a good nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen and as everyone says a welcome pack of essentials the most welcome was the bottle of wine waiting with glasses and corkscrew, this was much needed after our school boy error journey from airport to Villa. Finca Inca is ideally situated for walking trips out and car trips further afield, Denia is also worth a look near by. If you drop lucky with the moon phase check out the moonrise over the sea and harbour from the balcony of the villa sight to behold. I also had an further enjoyable visit as both Hal and myself are licenced Radio Hams so much to both our wives annoyance there was a good deal of Radio related chat going on. All in all we had a fantastic week and didn't want to go home at the end of it, thanks Ame and Hal for a wonderful stay at Finca Inca. Here are a few highlight pictures. One could be forgiven for thinking that I paid you fifty-thousand 'greenbacks' for this Review of all Reviews! Wow! To say "Thank you" really doesn't seem sufficient, but consider it said, nevertheless. It was a freal pleasure meeting you both, and usually, your hobby and mine were the same so there was much 'jaw-jawing' to do at the expense of the XYLs ! Paula & Wayne, you really were most observant to mention many details, such as the comfortable beds, because when a guests mentions it, it carries more weight than when the owners say the same thing. If you should wish to stay with us again, you will receive a 5% discount for your 2 nd. booking + a Meal Voucher to say "Thank you" for this 5* Review

Back to Finca Inca
Our firts holidaysin Finca Inca on July 2017 had been so great that we wanted to come back for a longer journey this time. So we've spent 2 wonderful weeks on July 2018. Our hosts were as nice as they'd been the first time, so quiet and discreet and yet very hepful whenever we needed it. This last summer we enjoyed the amazing view, of course, the warm swimming pool but also the walks in the montgo Mountain Nature Park. It's such a pleasure to walk to the Montgo in the early morning, when it's not too hot, to climb up and watch the beautiful landscape and the sunrise on the sea, then walk back home and enjoy a cool drink by the swimmingpool. We hope that we will meet Hal and Ame on a third holiday.

As their Hosts, we do try to judge what sort of contact, if any, our Guests wish to enjoy. Must say that the welcome pack was really appreciated. Ame and Hal gave us a great welcome, this Villa has indeed got some great views which I never tired of. I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone, the villa was immaculate throughout. The pool could of however been a bit warmer for me for winter use, but believe Hal May have sorted this issue out now. Must say that we will definitely consider using Finca Inca in the summer with family and friends for pool parties and B&Q. We invited friends over one day during our stay and the weather was amazing in fact the weather was amazing throughout our stay, must say that they were really impressed with the views and cleanliness of the Vila inside and out. Unmatched, unequalled, unbeatable
Enough has already been written about Finca Inca and the stars alone will justify the booking. A measure of any holiday property is the ease of booking and friendly hosting but it's also how it feels out of season. The location is perfect and the views without equal. You could probably be happy spending your whole holiday here, interspersed with a few walks onto the cape or down to the port. It's the world's greatest train set spread out before you. If you travel out, then there's plenty to see in the area, inland and on the coast. When you return - THAT is the view you get to watch creep into night. You will not be disappointed with this place.

Fabulous views, amazing property!
Finca Inca is situated above the port of Javea where my family had the most wonderful holiday and spent many hours walking the area of Cap San Antonio and visiting the beautiful town and beaches of the area. Definitely going to return if only to experience the warm hospitality of Hal and Ame!

We were see to see you leave yesterday when you were clealy enjoying every minute right up to the last one, when you had to jump into the car to freturn to the UK. The week was marked by the superb bunch of A* GCSE Results that Callum obtained which augur well for his future. Take care if you are doing any more "Wing Walking" Gemma! X Hal & Ame
