D6 Royal Hills is a three bedroomed Duplex apartment by the award winning Okra group, sleeping six and set within a beautiful development of just 22 apartments sharing a huge pool complete with children's section , the apartment includes maid service and air con, nestled at the foot of Babadag mountain and surrounded by pine forests offering far reaching views and stunning sunsets.

Excellent apartment on a small complex, stunning views of Ovacik
Superb location on a small complex, met with a number of other apartment owners, very lovely people. Panoramic views of the mountains surround the apartment. Facilities good with a graduated access to the pool. perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday.
Hisaronu is 30 minute walk away, be prepared however to negotiate a poorly constructed road in places.
Apartment owners were extremely helpful and gave good advice prior to us travelling out to Turkey.
We would recommend using Orka for airport transfers, very professional, reliable service which can be arranged through the apartment owner.

Excellent apartment...quiet location .. spectacular views.. beautiful swimming pools...whole complex well maintained... going to Turkey for past 15 years , stayed in many apartments...put this one at top of the list!

Fabulous apartment
D6 royal hills apartment
We had a great stay here with my son and his family. The apartment had everything we needed, it's a bit out of town but was worth it for the peace and quiet and the stunning views! Taxis really cheap and a great delivery service for groceries from emre! Fantastic huge terrace overlooking beautiful pool, absolutely faultless. Thank you David for sharing your property with us and would definitely return

The very best of everything
My sister and I stayed with our 2 grandchildren for 1 week, wish it was longer. We all had a brilliant time, the location in the forest was perfect for fresh air away from the intense heat. By pressing a bell at the gate a taxi would come within 5 minutes to visit all the area. Close to Olu Deniz and Fethiye. Just perfect. The apartment was the best I've stayed in. Maid service every 3 days. My grandson commented on how soft the pillows are. Lots of space and everything needed to make our stay perfect. We had shopping delivered on our arrival from Emre. Would definitely stsy here in future. Not one complaint from any of us. Thank you so much David and Lillian for letting us stay at your apartment.

Perfect apartment couldn’t ask for anymore.
Just perfect from start to finish. David couldn’t of been more helpful answering everything I asked in quick response.
I must admit I was a little bit apprehensive as couldn’t find many reviews and some of the ones I did find weren’t all that great.
I really can’t understand how anyone can complain.
1. It is away from everything however most of the villas apartments we’ve ever stayed in are there’s a taxi button right outside and to get to the town is about £4 English. We did walk down there on some days as down hill and was lovely bur always got a taxi back up.
It is so peaceful no arguing for sun beds and just a perfect get away. There are stairs and personally I wouldn’t take a toddler due to the stairs but that again is like a lot of places we have stayed in. The pool is a lovely size with a baby pool also.
There are toilets by the pool which I kept immaculate saves you walking back up to the apartment. Cleaners kept all surrounding areas clean and apartment was beautifully clean.
It has everything that is needed and internet is great also.
2. I kept reading about the animals and dogs in previous reviews. Yes there are dogs outside but all are so friendly and again that isn’t just this apartment Turkey is always like this no matter where you stay it was actually quite refreshing to see how well looked after the ones local to the apartment were.
A few tips I would give anyone staying here is there are a few local shops that deliver all food etc, Dave gave me one prior and I arranged for a shop to be delivered early in the morning so we had water bread etc.
All the local restaurants also deliver so we got lunch delivered and went out for dinner.
I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone and I will be booking again without a shadow of a doubt.
