The condo was right on the beach, faces the sun rise! Can hear the waves in the condo with windows open. Very well appointed! 2 couches, table for 4, BBQ grill, ACs in each bedroom, ceiling fans in each room, washer dryer, drying rack for balcony, micro, coffee maker, toaster oven, a few beach toys, beach chairs. Hammock on balcony that my teens enjoyed. Swimming pool is nice for early evenings. Can swim right out front or walk down a short ways to more calm water. We arrived in the middle of the night and Paul had water, a few drinks and milk waiting for us which was super helpful! He made a few recommendations for us. Would absolutely stay at this beach again! Paul was super responsive and genuinely interested to make sure we had a great stay!!! We've actually booked his condo twice! Would stay again!

This is an excellent apartment for up to 5 people on a well maintained complex right next to the beach, superb location. We stayed during holly week which usually has crowds of people, still we were so close, yet far enough from crowded areas. Apartment location allows you to easily select where you want to be. Also, it's also right next to a wooden walkway or tablado which is a 10-15 minute walk through the beach forest canopy right through pine trees and palm trees. We even had the chance to see Humpback whales on the ocean ! Regarding the facilities, although the building is not brand new, the apartment is well kept and the owner has very good sense of travelers needs and is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. 2 bedrooms with window AC - recently refurbished bathroom, utility room with washer/dryer combo, full kitchen, gas BBQ on the balcony, gated entrance with beeper. Apartment is on third floor (no elevator). The apartment balcony has a superb view of the ocean facing the east. We really enjoyed watching the Sun rise every mnorning. Complex also has a small pool if you want to use.. yet the beach is excellent ! and many places to visit nearby, like restaurants and other... The owner always kept us informed of every detail and made himself very available to answer any questions. Everything ran very smooth. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitively repeat any time we have the chance !

Ocean view, Two beautiful beaches for swimming in walking distance. great ocean side restuarents (to Many to name ) still on vacation and I know I will not want to leave.

So glad we were able to book this location again. Still a beautiful ocean view and quiet area with many stores just a short distance away.The bathroom is newly renovated, boardwalk to Pozo de Jacinto and Playa Jobos steps away. Perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend.

Our stay was spectacular! The apartment was great, clean with an awesome view! The beaches were breath taking and the pocita was great for the kids! I will definately come back again.

All of the prior reviews are correct. We were entranced from the moment we drove up to this paradise. I've traveled the world and this beach location is the best. We were looking for a less touristed location than the typical Aguadillas condo, and this hit the mark. Sure, there were some inconveniences post Maria, but the owner Paul is amazing and worked out everything in short order. Our only regret is that we didn't arrive sooner and stay longer : ) Highly recommended if you like a more "wild" peaceful less crowded beach. Our only suggestion is, for the future, we would recommend replacing the older fridge. The current fridge works but is aging. A newer stainless steel fridge would dress the kitchen up nicely! Enjoy this slice of heaven. We hope to be back soon. Thanks Paul!

I booked this apt for parents who are Isabela natives. They fell in love with the apt. It had all of the accommodations you need for a comfortable stay. The parking was secure, the beaches were close, and the pool was clean. Paul always responded quickly and was very hospitable. Beautiful view from the balcony! The airport was 20 min away. We would definitely stay there again!

My family and I try to visit every year and this has been our favorite place by far. Greatly exceeded our expectations, had everything we needed, and made us feel right at home. The beach is just a short walk away and is perfect if you have little ones. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony and also very quiet area. Food and stores not far. Paul was so kind, helpful, and welcomed us like family. Can't wait to visit again. This will definitely be our first choice for next year.
