This large, remodeled 1 bedroom corner unit offers a great view of the ocean, Diamond Head, and Waikiki Beach. It is located on the 27th floor of the Waikiki Sunset Resort. The lanai and floor-to-ceiling bedroom windows face the ocean. The side bedroom window offers a view of the city that is particularly stunning at night. The condo has a full-sized kitchen with cooking utensils. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. The phone service has unlimited local and US long distance calling. Our high-speed in-room Wi-Fi service is free for our guests. The Waikiki Sunset has a heated pool, BBQ area, recreation deck, and convenience store.

Great vacation rental
We stayed in this great vacation apartment for 11 days and highly recommend it.
The apartment is on the 27th floor so it had great views from Diamond Head to the ocean. A patio and floor to ceiling windows gave a wonderful open feeling. This end unit provided extra views and privacy.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped to cook and enjoy ourselves. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs etc. were provided. There is a double and a twin in the bedroom and a rollaway if needed as well as the sofa bed. The air-conditioning was a plus. There is a small store in the complex and a Safeway about 6 blocks away.
It is 1-1/2 blocks to the zoo and Kapiolani Park and a safe and easy 1-1/2 block walk to Waikiki Beach. The sheltered beach area is great for those not liking to swin in strong waves.
The owners were very easy to work with and made the reservation process stress free.
We enjoyed the Aloha feeling.

Would highly recommend
We had a wonderful time in Waikiki. We had not been there in several years and and it was our first experience at renting a condo there.
The Condo was everything the web ad (and pictures) represented it to be. Spotless clean (appeared freshly painted and carpeted), comprehensively furnished and equipped with a Great view from the 27th floor. Owner lives in Waikiki and checked us in personally. For three weeks, it was our home away from home.
The complex is well located - a short walk to the beach and the main strip (Kalakaua avenue). There was some work going on on certain floors but that did not really affect our unit except for a couple of hours one morning when water had to be cut off. The elevators were quite efficient for a 30-story building - we rarely had to wait for more than a minute or two.
We would certainly go back and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.
One note: seems that most of these condos (including this one) have a counter with stools in the eating area - we would have preferred a table with chairs but it's a compromise we had accepted to live with beforehand.

Fantastic Stay in Fantastic Condo
We have just returned from one month in Oahu. Without a doubt, renting Tom and Greg Link's condo was the best decision of the trip. The condo was spotless, the view fantastic, the reservation and check-in process easy and the money we saved on dining out and parking incredible. The condo included free internet, all kitchen necessities, new appliances, boggie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkling fins, cable TV, free local phone calls, new beds, comfortable furnishings and great sleeping arraingements. Greg and Lani Link even gave us Christmas cookies on Christmas day. What a personal touch. We were on vacation in our own home. The next time we are in Hawaii, we will definintely be staying in a Link property if available.

Amazing view!!
Staying at the condo was the perfect option for our small family vacation. The condo is comfortable and offers everything needed to enjoy your time in Honolulu.
It is located down by Kapiolani Park and is within walking distance to the beach, the park, shopping and restaurants.
The pool deck does not see afternoon sun but the beach is so close it really isn't an issue.
My expectations were not high as I rented the unit site unseen off the internet and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived.
The balcony is the best place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening night cap!
I would stay here again.

Amazing!
Absolutely amazing!! The views of the beach and the city from the balcony, on the 27th floor were breathtaking, and waking up seeing the ocean first thing was visually delicious. The condo was clean and decorated with palm-greens, deep-reds, and calming-sand tones. In addition, the full kitchen was a luxury to have! This location is perfect for those who like to take in the city by foot - 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the zoo, and less than 10 minutes to the international market. We will definitely be staying here on future vacations, creating more incredible memories! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous condo and being so accommodating!

Fantastic condo, brilliant location, wonderful owners - highly recommend to anyone!
When you come from the other side of the world and from a country that typically doesn't take holidays in 'condos', it can be a bit daunting when looking for accommodation as you don't really know what to expect.
But sometimes, you can just get lucky and find a real diamond in the coal and boy, did we find a real gem in the Link families condo at Waikiki sunset - it was absolutely fantastic!!
The Link's were absolutely fantastic right throughout the process - from initial inquiry right up until we walked in the door. Every question was answered with the utmost courtesy and pleasantness and the whole process was so smooth, we knew that the condo itself would be equally as brilliant - and it was!!
Beautifully clean, well appointed and with everything that you could possibly wish for to help make a perfect holiday was right there to use - beach chairs, boogie boards the list goes on. There was plenty of room & comfort in the lounge/dining area and we loved the amenities available in the kitchen. And the balcony? How we are missing that view already, a cold beer just doesn't taste the same without that view to accompany it, to say it was beautiful just doesn't do it justice!
Easy access to public transport (we didn't hire a car) made our travel around the city - even up to the North Shore, a breeze! Just a short walk to Waikiki beach which was great for us as we were able to surf every day :-)
To anyone from overseas that like us, may not have considered or been hesitant about the whole condo thing because it is something that is not the norm in countries like our home Australia, you could not pick a more perfect place to stay and a more wonderful family to deal with in the Link's & their condo at Waikiki Sunset
Much Mahalo to the Link family for having us and we cannot wait to come back!!

Great stay in Waikiki
We were there for more than a month and truly enjoyed it. Very pleasant owners and we truly enjoyed doing business with them. Condo very clean, newly decorated and great views. Would not hesitate a moment to recommend it to family and friends.

everything you need..
this is a fantastic apartment/condo to stay in..being so close the centre of waikiki and yet just enough to get away from the busy strip..From the moment we enquired we had the best of service with not a problem for anything we needed till the time we left.The veiw is amazing and the property itself has every thing you need its very clean,comfortable and very relaxing..we have two children under 5, its great for a small familly..perfect perfect..we will be back thankyou..

Loved this place! Cant wait to come back!
Absolutely loved this condo and our whole experience in Hawaii. Loved the views, the location and the owners we're fantastic! They we're more then accomodating and when anything was needed they we're only a phone call away. Would highly recommend this place to anybody and in fact im booking again for the new year with a different group! Thanks again Tom, Lani and team you guys ROCK! also before i forget this condo is so well equipped we never had to hire any beach gear because they had it all.

Fantastic Rental
This is a very tastefully decorated condo with a lot of extras that make you feel at home. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. There were necessities in the cupboards, very thoughtful owners. The views were great, beds comfortable, a telephone to use for local calls if needed. I can't think of anything negative about this property. I will certainly be recommending it to friends and family. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. Definitely good value for money.
