Perfect beach condo, very spacious and equipped, with a great view to the ocean.
The condo is located in one of the most beautiful beach areas in Puerto Rico with excellent restaurants and places to visit and enjoy your stay. the boat trip to the Icacos or Palomino keys is one that shouldn't be missed.

Beautiful condo with amazing view
Mercedes and her husband were absolutely helpful right from the start. When I booked and called to make my deposit they were so helpful and gave me all kinds of tips on things to do and see. They were very good and keeping in touch with me and making sure everything was going well. Very kind and friendly and helpful. The apartment was even nicer then in the pictures . Beautiful place with the most amazing view from the balcony. I enjoyed my mornings and evenings relaxing and staring out over the ocean. I 100% recommend this apartment condo . If I go back I will definitely book with Mercedes again she did not disappoint.

Fabulosas vacaciones
Unas de las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido mi familia y yo, el lugar lo recomiendo tremendas facilidades y los lugares accesibles en fin es mejor que pagar un hotel de lujos cuando conoces de la isla, el apartamento nos encanto de tal manera que no necesitas mas que de tus artículos personales todo lo demás lo tientes en las facilidades. Lo recomiendo 100%

A great view, great pool and nice condo.
This condo is close to Luquillo, El Yunque, 7 seas and Icacos Island.
Mercedes is very helpful and is always there to answer all your questions.

A Wonderful Property and stay
The condo was plenty of room for Myself and husband in one room. Daughter and husband in another, and second daughter with total family of four in third double beds- bunk room. We all had plenty of room and truly enjoyed the location which was central to Great restaurants, beaches, the bioluminescent area, a great catamaran trip (with Captain Dan/ Erin go Braugh) and El Yunque. We drove 30-45 min to airport and a little more for our day trip to San Juan. It was a lifetime memory. For our very particular, traveling pack that says a lot!!
Mercedes made the connecting easy, and the extras such as towels and beach chairs, plus the balcony with fantastic overlook plus great security made it a perfect rental. Thank you Mercedes. Sorry my review took so long. We'd love to come again. How about tomorrow?

Loved every bit of it!!
Our stay at this property was outstanding!! From booking to extending checkout, to watching NFL football, Mercedes was always a phone call away, providing us with anything we needed! She treated us like family and we are sure to reach out to her when in PR. The location was a great homebase while trekking to the smaller islands (Vieques, Culebra)....The marina is practically accross the street. The property is super safe...I could go on and on!

Feels like home
My husband, brother and I stayed in this condo the week of March 30, 2016. This is the second time we stayed in this condo. The price is the best in the area. The view is one in a million, most beautiful one can imagine. The condo is very nicely decorated and very comfortable, and clean. It has all the comforts of home. I even joked with Mercedes that we are going back so often that she will have to give us a space with lock and key so we can store our things until our next visit. There are several good restaurants in the area which are kind of expensive but the food is very good. We were never bored, as from the balcony we had a view of the marina and boats taking people out on to the smaller islands, and people going to the restaurant across the street. Mercedes as always was very easy to work with and responded to our calls immediately. I am already planning our next trip and hopefully we will be staying longer, of course in this condo.

Home away from home!
I stayed with my husband and daughter for 4 nights and my brother, sister-in-law and nephew joined us for one night. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The apartment was clean and very nice. The views were just spectacular! We really enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony and relaxing on the hammock. We had everything we needed and we were very close to all of the places we wanted to visit while in Fajardo. Mercedes was wonderful! We had spent some time in the southern part of the island and then a day visiting the caves in Camuy and Utuado. Mercedes met us on our way to Fajardo to give us the keys. Everything went very smoothly and it was convenient for us. Once we got there we had no trouble getting through security and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Mercedes checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. I have already recommended this apartment to family and friends and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Puerto Rico! Thank you Mercedes!

Great place and great view!
The apartment was spacious with room for a family of 8 to 10. It was clean, good furniture, plus all the amenities such as hammock, beach towels, etc. The apartment is in a gated community with pool overlooking the marina. The location was perfect for all of the activities in Fajardo. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will rent it again on our next visit.

Very Nice Rental - Would Stay Again!
We stayed 4 days! The rental was beautiful - just like the pictures. The view from the balcony and bedrooms were very nice. We could see the marina across the street and the ocean.
They had 3 different guards to let you enter - by the time one recognized us they changed. The lady guard was a little snappy (we only saw her the last day) - we had not been told where to stop or what to do. All of the guys came to the door with their clipboard and talked to us. The lady wanted us to stop and use the speaker, I guess so she would not have to get up. Ha Ha!
The internet - we used the info on the sticker placed in the Blue Info Binder in the dining area to log on instead of the password they sent us.
Read reviews in this binder to know where to go eat. One of the restaurant we really wanted to eat at was closed on Saturday night (don't know why) so we had to pick somewhere else.
The gym and pool (I assume) had to have the guard to let you enter.
The pool with the water slide was not locked (the gate does not latch). It was trashy with leaves and debris at the steps the two days we went to the pool - but still nice. Bathrooms were clean at the pool!
Do Not go down the water slide - we all went one after the other, so we had 2 new ruined very picked bathing suit bottoms and 2 ripped shorts!! It is not very slick even though water is running and spraying on it. It needs a new smooth coating. I was very disappointed due to the fact that that was one of the things I was looking forward to.
The hot tub was not much warmer than the swimming pool so you could not sit in it at night, that was also disappointing.
Up keep seems to be important - Workers were busy washing the outside of the buildings, making repairs, and painting during our stay.
The appliances could use some repair or replacement. Everything worked fine except the dishwasher did not work, but a repairman was coming the next day after we left. Washer -you have to turn outside ring instead of knob to start and it was slightly loud. Dryer - lint filter was partly broken so it made the door hard to shut. The washer and dryer were stacked, but were not tiny. A couple of the oven buttons were worn and we had to guess. The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work. There was only one ice tray.
Could use kitchen towels and dishrags (I had brought my own).
There were 6 of us and only 4 washcloths, towels, and beach towels (we had brought our own).
There is tons of sleeping space - a futon is in the kitchen/dining space by sliding glass doors, king bed in master, full bed in second bedroom, 2 bunk beds with three twins and a full in 3rd bedroom. Then the couch makes a bed.
Each bedroom has a TV, but we only used the living room TV.
There were 2 coolers to use, beach toys, games, beach towels.
There is a hammock that you can hang on the balcony - good for a snooze - we did not realize it until the last day!
Spices in the kitchen must be just for looks because they seemed old - bring your own and don't forget salt.
Parking was right across the parking lot (short distance) from the building. No stairs - just a ramp to take you straight into the rental. Didn't have to use the stairs or elevator at all and that was very nice.
