The view from the terrace of this cosy apartment is stunning! We have been in many apartments: this is the location where we left our heart. Although we visited Offida in November, we had the opportunity to have lunch in the terrace under a warm sun with delicious takeaways from the little shops near the apartment and excellent local DOGC wines. The autumnal landscape is worth to see! We will definitely come back again, maybe in another season. Lucia is really welcoming and helpful. She gave us many useful information about what to see and where to eat. Thank you Lucia, see you soon!

Amazing little apartment with spectacular views in the middle of the old town of Offida. The apartment is perfect for two persons and offers all that you need for a perfect stay.

L'appartamento è un piccolo gioiello incastonato nel centro storico di Offida; la sua terrazza ha una vista spettacolare sui tetti del centro storico (quello del Teatro Serpente Aureo è ai vostri piedi) e sulle colline dolci. Abbiamo mangiato sulla terrazza godendo di bellissimi tramonti e dell'ottimo cibo acquistato da Sonia di "Fior di farina". Cibo, chiese, palazzi, gente, natura: tutto da ricordare e portare con sè.

Dès l'arrivée, nous profitions de la gentillesse de Lucia et Lucio, qui nous accueillent les bras ouverts, nous donnent tous les renseignements nécessaires, tout autour d'une bonne bouteille de vin blanc de la région d'Offida. L'appartement est aménagé d'un goût exquis. Cela dit, c'est la terrasse qui saisit surtout notre attention: elle offre une vue sur tout le centre historique d'Offida, sur les collines environnantes et sur la montagne au fond. Le soleil levant ou couchant augmente encore la splendeur de cet environnement. Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cet appartement, mais aussi dans cette ville et dans cette province si sympathiques. Il est sûr que nous reviendrons pour passer d'autres vacances dans cet appartement et dans ce coin d'Italie.

Offida is a nice and beautiful little Town, and this apartment lies right in the middle of town. The apartment is not that big, but it is perfect for two people and has a very cosy atmosphere and is nicely decorated. The one thing that singels out this apartment is the terrace that lies over the rooftops. It offers absolutely beautiful views, and it is a perfect way to spend an evening. Besides that, the owners are very nice and take very good care of you. So all in all, this apartment comes with the highest recommendation.

The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, clean and well equipped, with local shops, cafes and restaurants very close by and many church bells to wake you. Lucio made us very welcome, sharing pizza and wine, showing us how to haul the suitcases up 4 floors by pulley and telling us about places to visit locally. Take note that there are over 60 steps up to the apartment but the terrace is wonderful at any time of day. Sadly we never met Lucia as we arrived later than planned but she was extremely helpful throughout, always available by text/ email and her English is excellent. Offida is a pleasant place, surrounded by rolling hills and distant snow topped mountains. Parking can be a problem at busy times, we were there on the Sunday of the Fusello d'Oro festival. Highlight of Offida is the S. Maria della Rocca Church, situated at a peaceful end of the town. Look out for events at the theatre, worth a visit. Would recommend trips to Ascoli Piceno, the Sibiline Mountains and tour of places such as Castignano, Rotella, Cossignano, Ripatrasone and on to Grottammare on the coast, not too far and fairly easy driving. This was our first visit to Le Marche, a very rural and pleasant region. We tried the local dishes, eating at Ophis restaurant, right next to apartment. Cantina del'Olma, also close, served its own wine with appetisers, good food and enough if only want light meal. Particularly enjoyed Ciu Ciu, tasting of 5 wines, with extra Offida red thrown in, for €5 each with appetisers, definitely good value and good experience. Would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment.

Though we had seen pictures posted on the internet for this lovely apartment, when Lucia brought us in, all we could say when seeing the view from the terrace, was WOW! Just stunning. Every day the view changed with the clouds; some days crystal clear with snow-capped mountains while other days rolling clouds. There is plenty of room in the flat to relax and spread out and my husband, a chef, fixed many a delicious meal in the kitchen. There are also numerous great places to eat, and the best gelato is about a minute from the flat. The apartment became our peaceful home in a very friendly city. You will love Offida and its people. Much to see in the town as well as numerous day trips can be taken. Lucia and Lucio made us totally feel at home. A gem of a place!

We received a very warm welcome from the owners on arrival. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and every detail had been thought of. Compact, but contained everything we needed for a week's stay. The terrace has great views over the town and beyond to the mountains. It was so peaceful to sit on the terrace in the evening and watch the sun go down. Can thoroughly recommend this apartment.
